Dan and James discuss the Centurion Running Track 100 where Aleksandr Sorokin ran a new World Best for 100 miles in 11:14 before going on to the 12 hour world record in addition. And where Samantha Amend finally cracked the British Female all time 100 mile best with a 14:34…. alongside many other sensational performances to boot. The two also look ahead to the Thames Path 100 this weekend coming, where Dan is lacing up his racing flats to compete.
