With Christmas almost here, it's time to start thinking about goals for the new year. This can be such a great time to reflect back on the passing year and pinpoint all the areas of life to be thankful for as well as the areas that need a little work too. It's not very effective to just say: I want to have a better morning routine. To set effective goals, we need to look at the smaller, actionable steps to really make those goals happen.
