The Skipper and Rich are back with our WS18 preview between the Dodgers and the Red Sox. 

We are back folks with America's Best Baseball Podcast.  Kevin Kennedy and Rich Herrera break down the American League playoff teams and talk about what the Giants will look for in their next GM.

The Skipper and Rich don't jump all over Yasil Puig for overrunning the bases on this show.  The guys actually do a little Baseball 101 on what a catcher does after a base hit.  We give thumbs up to the Dodgers for getting Ryan Madson for their bullpen, and the Yankees for landing Cutch.  Plus Kevin explains why teams call up players after September 1st.  

What a show today, Rich got Kevin wound up and boom, he put on a PHP level class in baseball on this episode.  They started talking hitting and it took off from there.  Kevin addresses Kenley Jansen and the homers he has been giving up, and they discuss the pressure the Red Sox find themselves under and Rich asks Kevin what advice he would offer to their manager.  

A fun show today, we talk about the Players Weekend Jersey's and how much Rich hates them and how baseball can market itself, and we go on a tangent on old-school managers and new school players and Kevin answers a question from twitter on balking.  

The waiver wire was busy this week, with one of the biggest names in the game being put on waivers, Bryce Harper.  The Skipper and Rich discuss why the Dodgers and Nats couldn't work out a deal.  The Nationals also said goodbye to Daniel Murphy who goes to the Cubs and Matt Adams who goes back to the Cards.  Kevin gives us the latest on Kenley Jansen and Rich has a great story about Khris Davis and a young fan in Oakland.
