Yesssss, it’s that time of the week again!

The boys — especially Mick — were up and about for this episode after the Roo boys notched their second win of the season. Brett was in a good mood too, and decided to follow Dyl’s lead by inserting himself into as many stories as possible. This week on Dyl & Friends I'm joined by Ex-TOU officer, Tyler Robinson. Tyler is a former Tactical Operations Unit officer, breacher, was a part of the riot squad, bike patrol… he’s pretty much done it all in the force.

We chat about what life’s actually like inside the job – the pressure, the adrenaline, and the mateship that keeps you going. Tyler opens up about his time in general duties, moving into TOU, and how things started to take a toll mentally.

He speaks honestly about developing PTSD, feeling let down by the system, and eventually hitting a point where he knew he had to get help. It's raw, real, and a conversation that needs to be heard.

The boys were full of energy this week as we welcomed Dyl back to preview Round 10.

We kicked things off with a deep dive into Brett’s social basketball antics from earlier in the week—complete with a special guest appearance. Then we unpacked all the upcoming weekend matches. Our new segment, Top 5s, returned for another week, and we had plenty of laughs as Dyl revealed one of his top 5 number #43s of all time.

We went in a few different directions in this episode — including Dyl's new friendship with his neighbour Doug.
