  • The Vision: Benesse Art Site Naoshima with Soichiro Fukutake

    Soichiro Fukutake presents the thinking behind his bold, far-reaching experiment on islands in Japan’s Seto Inland Sea. Benesse Art Site Naoshima comprises museums, permanent art installations and commissions on the islands of Naoshima, Teshima and Inujima.

    As part of Film Saturdays @ SCAF, Craig Judd, artist, independent curator, arts writer and educator, provides an introduction to the film Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict, and explores the era in which Peggy thrived - with special emphasis on post-war abstract expressionism and minimalism.
