Summertime has gone, and the Agile Open SoCal is just around the corner. See announcement below.

    OnlineScrumClass.com

In episode 79, Ben (@BenRodilitz) and I sat down for coffee and a chat about a topic that “dispirits” him lately: the bashing of Agile (specifically Scrum or SAFe) for being too prescriptive or not prescriptive enough.

    77. Coffee and the Resume

It’s summertime, the season of recent grads sending out their brand new resumes. I sat down with the team behind the Meta-Cast podcast, Josh Anderson (@nosrednAhsoJ) and Bob Galen (@bobgalen), to talk about this time-honored document as it relates to the Scrum master role. They shared some great perspectives and tips, some of which might change how you think about resumes.

After speaking, I combined takeaways from our conversation with a bunch of other research, interviews and data about the resume for Scrum masters and assembled it all on the Scrum master resume page.

Here are a few ways to get in touch with Bob and Josh:

Whether you’re a job-seeker or not, this conversation is certain to keep you informed if not entertained.
