In Week 6 of the Receipts Sermon Series, Pastor Michael taught on the fruit of the Spirit: faithfulness. Inspired by Dr. Seuss’s ‘Horton Hatches the Egg’, where Horton the elephant stays true to his word against all odds, we’re challenged to examine our own faithfulness to God. However, in Greek, goodness means "to do good," and it’s more than just an action—it’s an attitude and an attribute that reflects God's nature. Only God can set the true standard of goodness because He is good. In Week 6 of the Word of God Sermon Series, Pastor Charles walked us through Galatians 6 and taught us what to do when we feel empty. Sometime life circumstances and comparison can cause us to feel like we’ve run dry. Our soul was meant to only be fulfilled by Christ.
