Izzy does some soul searching and ends up making a move that pleases Lorna, too. Cisco tracks down Trina Trixxx to urge her to cooperate. Julian grows even more frail in prison before an attack stops him in his tracks.
We have the pleasure of speaking with episode’s co-writers Gladys Rodriguez and Jake Bernstein in our latest “deposition” with the writers’ room. We learn that Jake is a well-read expert on The Lincoln Lawyer books and Gladys shares that the dog who plays Winston is an even better actor than we imagined.

The Lincoln Lawyer continues to bring the drama with Lorna taking on a case with Sam Scales while Julian’s case is still in full swing. Elevators are down and Judge Turner has moved back the start time. Mickey takes a huge hit when Trina Rafferty aka Trina Trixxx changes her story on the stand, which impacts his ability to show relevance for James De Marco’s testimony. Mickey takes some of his frustration out on some of his favorite people including Andi who has just been betrayed by Vanessa. Some promising news finally comes his way when the cameras at Stergos’ home pick up De Marco and Bishop on site.
