This month Susan is celebrating 40 years of marriage. After retiring, Susan transitioned into a new role with the county, supporting new and aspiring principals. Initially intending to work behind the scenes, she now leads three different programs, hosts a podcast, and has recently earned her NAESP Principal Mentorship Endorsement. In total, she has been in the education field for 37 years and remains passionate about contributing to the growth of future educational leaders.
