I don’t have to tell you that the world we're living in is pretty crazy and chaotic. There's a lot of confusion, division, projection, anger, and fear out there.

So, what do we do with that collective consciousness of fear, separation, and illusion that's so prevalent in the world today? What do we do with that, as lightworkers, as healers, as people who have a strong mission to be of service or to DO something to raise the level of consciousness on this planet?

I know for many of us there's a deep sense of purpose and taking action, in one way or another, to change things, to dismantle the old paradigms, to contribute to the evolution, liberation, and enlightenment of humanity.

This isn't an easy or quick task. As lightworkers, we hold sacred responsibilities to awaken the light in ourselves and others (and SEE the light in ourselves and others) during crazy times of upheaval and social or political unrest -- when we see so many egoic agendas running the show on many levels of society, government, corporations, and so on.

This episode is primarily about: HOW do we continue holding the light, not losing faith, and putting forth a strong momentum and energy to uplift ourselves, on a daily basis, and also to uplift others?

Projection is a defense mechanism where someone displaces their own unresolved feelings or thoughts onto another person or group. It's a way for people to cope with emotional discomfort and conflict without acknowledging their own emotions.

We've all projected our stuff unconsciously onto others at times... and we've also been the recipients of others' projections.

In the world we're living in today, there's SO much projection going on. As lightworkers and spiritually awake people, we need a strategy to (1) protect ourselves from others’ projections and (2) be conscious and mindful enough so WE don’t project our stuff onto others, either.

This episode is about how to shift your perspective, mindset, and energy when something unwanted or challenging shows up in your life.

As humans, we're naturally wired and inclined to see the NEGATIVE when something challenging, unexpected, or irritating shows up in our life experience. 

We might also immediately want this unexpected or challenging thing (or person, situation, etc) to GO AWAY - which is a completely normal human reaction. But that resistance, of course, typically makes things worse.

Join me for a discussion of:

• the primitive brain's negativity bias, and how we're wired to see the negative (or to look for problems)
• the importance of remembering the level and degree of choice we have EVEN WHEN something challenging happens
• pausing consciously so you can explore what's actually showing up in your life (and why)
• a sequence of reflection questions to shift out of resistance and into expansion
• shifting from a place of victimhood ("WHY is this happening to me???") to a place of empowered curiosity ("what choices can I make here, and what's RIGHT about this situation?")
