Do you believe in ghosts? Zak Bagans does, and he's not shy about it. We are two (sometimes more) fans of Ghost Adventures, most of us extremely skeptical about paranormal spooky stuff, but I think you don't need to be a believer to be a fan. We tear down every false positive, every whiff, and every last instance of ignorant cultural insensitivity (there's a lot of those) for your benefit and entertainment, every Monday night

Long time, no see! This inaugural episode back, we are honored to be joined by esteemed investigator with the Center for Inquiry, Kenny Biddle, as we watch and review the Demons in Seattle episode of Ghost Adventures (S10E12). Prepare yourselves: Not only do we have a hard-to-believe poltergeist situation in the Seattle suburb of Bothell, WA, but we also have a version of Zak Bagans that exhibits skepticism--wow! Also, Zak gets a bug on him--fun!

Max here from Insanely Haunted - it's been a very long time since we produced this show, but I thought you might want to know that I'm working on a new podcast project!
Here's a quick sample, the first episode of After School Anime Club, for your listening pleasure. If you like it, subscribe now on your platform of choice! New episodes will be coming out every Monday in the main feed. Not this one.

We return with an episode recorded what feels like months ago, but was really only a few weeks ago. Our dear friend and Insanely Haunted fan Katie joined us for a trip to a location that thwarted the GAC by.... checks notes making it impossible for outside contamination to give them false positives. Also, we review our favorite niche social media platforms.

Megan and Paige, the Spooky Science Sisters, join us for a very scientific episode! When Zak, Nick, and Aaron visit their most isolated location yet, it turns out that when there is no source of noise pollution, there is no ghost evidence. While it wasn't exciting from a "ghost evidence" perspective, we had a lot of fun.
Our guests are the hosts of a hilarious and informative podcast that we just adore. You can listen to Spooky Science Sisters at https://spookysciencesisters.com/

We're ending our brief hiatus to bring you our take on one of the most misleading episodes of Ghost Adventures yet. Our dear friend Olympia DJ George Collins joins us for a trip to what Zak calls "One of the most historical locations" the crew has ever visited. The whole thing is basically one big commercial for Bill Chappel's ghost-inventor grift, but we grinned and bore it because we love you.

Black Lives Matter Statement - The Scavengers Network
Why is this audio file so long? The time from the last word of the statement to the last second of the track totals 8 minutes and 46 seconds. 8 minutes and 46 seconds doesn't sound like a long time until you are confronted with just how long it can drag on. 8 minutes and 46 seconds is how long it took to end George Floyd's life [https://www.8m46s.com]. At the Scavengers Network, we support the nationwide protests against police brutality; because Black Lives Matter. It is not enough to simply be “not racist”. You must be anti-racist. This is not a matter of “differing politics” nor is it something that is up for debate. This is about human and civil rights. We must make Black voices heard. Amplify and listen to Black voices. We have always been committed to using our platform to raise others up, and do what is right. Please, join us.

From: Max, Cassie, and Friends at Insanely Haunted Podcast
This week we end a brief hiatus by celebrating "beautiful" Carmel, Indiana, nearby where Cassie and our guest Tagan once lived. This episode involves a serial murderer, and gives Zak the opportunity to try to play hero.

Ghost towns are popular destinations for shows like Ghost Adventures, but this one has something unusual - it was moved, building by building, to the Santa Clarita Valley. It's sort of a "build-your-own Ghost Town." And also apparently its Docent did some work for NASA. It's one of those episodes.

Here we are on the other side of episode 100, feeling refreshed and renewed and ready to keep you entertained through this extended lockdown! We're joined today by two experts on midwestern hauntings - Cassie's former classmate Izzy and his bf Chuck. Together we figure out what's going on in the Old Licking County Jail, a place that gave Zak and Nick a really good scare, but which Aaron didn't really have any input on whatsoever.

We truly never imagined the day we'd reach this huge milestone - and it's only been possible because of your support. To all listeners, past and present, we owe you an unpayable debt of gratitude. Let us begin to pay it back by offering you this really stupid episode of Ghost Adventures, where the guys get riled up about a ghost that supposedly has taken up residence nearly 100 yards from where they actually died!

This time we welcomed an old friend of Cassie's to Insanely Haunted, one who has experience with a 100% real and 100% un-haunted locale visited by the GAC! PJ came with us on this trip to the St. James Hospital, where the ghosts of the past don't like it when you cuss at them. We hope you're staying safe in this difficult time, and we're glad to be reporting live from the same apartment we haven't left in what feels like months.
