Adam Bozzetto is someone we've wanted to interview for a while, for a number of reasons. He's not a CEO, COO or Celebrity Chef, but his perspective on what's currently happening at the coalface of the industry is likely more highly tuned. He has been a DJ in Sydney for a number of years and has seen first hand the impacts of the licensing changes imposed in NSW. He also imports and distributes Japanese whisky simply because he's passionate about it.
