In the second of two episodes, the AAO's The Special Council of Women Orthodontics (SCWO) continues to talk about self-care. Our second guest, life/nutrition coach Cassie Green is a self-proclaimed reformed workaholic. After leaving the corporate world, Cassie found herself as a small business owner who loved talking nutrition with her customers. In case you haven't listened to episode one with Dr. Sherry Chesak, we suggest you start there, Cassie's approach is a little different but they both compliment each other extremely well.
Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY, Cassie Green combines her love of a healthy lifestyle and helping those around her. She explores why people are not at their optimum health and happiness levels by taking a deeper look into their stress management, life balance, self-care, and sources of joy. Guiding her clients for easy changes, like shift behaviors, thought patterns, and trying new things. Clients have completed their six-month programs happier, healthier, and feeling more hopeful than ever.
