How can we join an eternal fellowship with the trinity and yet still live our lives within time? The scriptures show us that there is something beautiful about the joining of eternal life with the limited perspective of time. These two realities that seem contradictory were actually made to coexist, and together they write a story that even the heavens are jealous to hear.
There is an altar, where the Branch meets the Vine. Living by the Spirit, we approach this altar every day, offering our lives anew, and receiving His life anew. What pieces are we holding back from this holy exchange?
Prayer is not something we do, it is a place where we can be. It is a place of eternal value and immeasurable impact, so it is imperative that it would be the epicenter of our lives rather than a portion of it. There are so many things to be done, but only “One thing is necessary”.
