Welcome to the Dirt Medicine Podcast, where the blood meets the mud! The purpose of this podcast is to bring medical education to the combat medic no matter where he is on the globe. Specifically I will be addressing new advances in trauma care, tactical combat casualty care updates, USSOCOM Advanced Tactical Practitioner scope of practice and protocols (TMEPs), and other topics of interest to the combat medic, SOCM, 18D, PJ, IDMT, IDC, corpsman, etc. My focus is to educate the guy on the ground with the aid bag so he can provide the best possible care to our nation's finest.
