• Iowa Sm‘Oak’ed Roll – Whatcha Smokin? BBQ – Smoked pork tenderloin stuffed with jasmine rice, jalapeno creamed corn, smoked poblano queso and Giddy Up Texas taco sauce, poblano ranch and smoked sesame seeds.
