This podcast is a squint through a keyhole. This Thai Life is an attempt to put manners on a city that has never been tamed. We think the spoken word needs a little room to breathe in this city. We think that hearing someone’s voice gives a deeper meaning to their words. The rich tapestry of the human voice with all its brittleness and frailty is always superior to the monotone of the incessant online drone. This is an increasingly noisy world with walls of text bereft of dialogue. Surrounded as we are by samey salty words, we are thirsty for fresh conversation. Hop aboard.
