    Ep6 | Lynn Gunn | PVRIS
Hello!! Welcome to Ep6 of Get In The Bus. This one is with Lynn Gunn of PVRIS. Lynn and i have become close buds over the last year, so i was really excited to sit down with her while the band was in Los Angeles in the midst of their biggest headlining tour to date.

We talk about how Lynn was super into hockey and softball growing up and struggled with being the "nerdy art jock kid". How the band blew up on the 2015 Vans Warped Tour and all the massive support tours that followed. We also get pretty serious as we talk about how herself and other bands deal with loneliness and depression on tour, negativity on social media and other issues. Finally we wrap up by chatting about the preparation and writing for their next full length record.

Just another warning that i didn't have my proper microphones for this episode, i used a handheld recorder, so i apologize for the mix. It's a little noisy in the back lounge of their bus.

Hope everyone enjoys this episode and please share it with your friends!!

    EP5 | Anthony Green & Beau Burchell | SAOSIN
Anthony Green and Beau (Number 2) Burchell are some of my oldest friends. I used to live on Saosin's living room floor back in 2005. I've been around through all the ups and downs of the band so this was really special to get in a room with these dudes and just talk about the past.

We played a festival together in Belgium and after a long, rainy, mud filled day we got to sit down (at around 12am) and chat for quite a while. We talk about the story of the band, how they found Anthony, what the writing process of their infamous first EP "Translating The Name" was like, how both of them got into music as kids. They talk about getting back into the van again after ten years and playing reunion shows together. You get to hear them speak on what it was like when Anthony abruptly quit the band before a massive tour. This is the very FIRST time they talk about the situation together in the same room. If you're an old school fan or a new comer to SAOSIN's music you will absolutely enjoy every minute of this podcast. Not to mention Anthony is one of the funniest, most eclectic dudes I've ever met.

Strap in and hold on for a fun, lengthy, rollercoaster ride of a podcast. Oh, and make sure to keep spreading the word!!! In fact, you all have some homework to do. I want everyone to text one of your friends right now and tell them to download this episode or else you're friendship is null and void.

Love you all, thank you for your support!

    Ep4 | Jason Butler | Letlive
I got to sit down with my man crush Jason Butler of Letlive. Jason and i have so much in common. We come from the same city, both grew up loving hip hop and R & B before punk rock and lots more. The first 10-15 minutes of the podcast was recorded on my phone because my laptop crashed! Sorry if it sounds shitty, i didn't want to leave anything out. You get to really learn about how interesting of a person Jason is, how he got into music & how the band started. We also talk about transgender, racism, police brutality, religion and the meaning of life. It's fucking awesome. Hope you guys enjoy!

    Ep3 | Derek Discanio | State Champs
    Hello pals!
Welcome to the 3rd episode of Get in the Bus with my amazing guest Derek Discanio of State Champs! A few months ago we played a festival together in McAllen, Texas and we were able to hang out in our bus when i got offstage, play some NHL on xbox and have this interview in our back lounge. Derek talks about how he was originally into metal core when he was first getting started and how he found his way into a pop punk band. He talks about how hockey was his life growing up and how he gave it up for music. We talk a lot about hockey...like..ALOT. We have so much in common it's actually scary. So listen to us ramble and pretty much become best friends.

p.s. Keep spreading the word about GITB! All your support and help really means so much.

    Much Love,

    Beau
