In yoga lore, the side channels of the body are where we store our bad moods. Side bends and rotational postures are prescribed to help rid the body of the stress and tension of these moods...and that's exactly what this practice is designed to do.Â

If you need a little comfort food for the yoga mat, grounding practice is for you. This one will help you calm, center, and remember what's important...even on the most stressful of days.
Life gets linear...walking, running, sitting at a desk, in a car, or on a bike can leave us feeling a little boxed in.
Twists and side bends can help us shed the tension of everyday life and remember how to move well in all directions. Side effects may include really great Savasanas.
This one gets right to it...you'll get your asana moving with a dynamic warm up, lots of core-focused flow, and mobility exercises (read: getting up and down off the floor without using your hands).
Keep this one around for those days you want your yoga with a workout vibe.
