They have two kids Avery (4) and Miles (1.5) and three pets: Zoey, Goose, and Phoenix. Allison is an avid Disney fan and loves to travel. When she’s not helping clients find a home at their next training location, she’s either baking, reading, or doing a Peloton class. Together with a board, volunteers, and ambassadors of military spouses and veterans, the organization is paving the way to fully support the military heart community.

Monica has a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she currently teaches legal writing. She and her family have lived in Sacramento, California; Newport, Rhode Island; and Madrid, Spain. They call the Bay Area, California home.
