My guest today is Gregg Henriques. He is an american psychologist at James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He is the author A New Unified Theory of Psychology, he has developed a new meta-theoretical system for psychology articulated in many professional journals like Psychology Today. Henriques teaches courses in personality theory, personality assessment, social psychology and integrative adult psychotherapy.

We had a high energy and wide ranging conversation on his Theory of Knowledge; we talked about Big History and complexity, autopoiesis, integral, metamodernism and Jordan Peterson, the problems of psychology as well as the development of conciousness. Tomas Björkman is a swedish entrepeneur, finanicer. member of the Club of Rome, author, philosopher, and I had the distinct pleasure talking to him. He just came of the Metamodern and Emerge gatherings in Kiev, so naturally we talked about this, about his new book 'The world we create", his voyage to metamodernism, about marketforces, capitalism, universal basic income, Kegans stages of development, all in all a pleasurable chat that highlighted the need to grow up, mature, and take responsiblity for the world we want to create. John Dupuy is such warm and unique character, I am very gratefull to have had this deep and kind of rhizomatic conversation with him. We went into the nexus of transformation, addiction, post-postmodernity and much more.

He is the author of Integral Recovery, a book about an integral approach to addiction, he was a wilderness-transformational guide, he is a gifted musician, he worked at the military police in Germany, he speaks german and spanish and he knows my little island, Mallorca, pretty well.
