Where there is value in that, there is a better way to do it and hard work isn't always the answer. This interview was enlightening, showing how we can win without running ourselves into the ground.

“I am a happier person when I am riding my bike.” - Truman
Sometimes we make motivation and hard work too much of a focus and at the end of the day it’s about falling in love with a sport and remembering why you started in the first place. Biking is fun, competing is fun, sport is fun and remembering the fun gives us motivation to keep pushing.
