Chris Voss spent 24 years with the FBI, training in the art of negotiation and gaining experience as the lead negotiator in high-stakes international kidnapping cases. He also trained at Scotland Yard, the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police, and Harvard Law School.
Today, Chris teaches people how to get more of what they want through a unique program he developed, applying globally proven techniques to the business world.
