    EP 405 | Why Welcome Sequences are dead + what to do instead
    I’ve never found the Welcome Sequence in an email funnel effective. I’m not a huge fan because these tend to be all about you as the business owner. I know the intention behind it is to establish you as an expert and deliver value, but I think the way it's presented is fatally flawed.

    So how do we get our ideal customers to a point where the pitch for your offer makes sense?

    Listen to the episode to hear why I think Welcome Sequences are dead and what to do instead.

    • Help your leads have a mindset shift. Think about how you can come to the pain point for your ideal client from a different perspective. When they think differently about their pain point, they act differently. 
    • You can still establish yourself as the expert. The focus of a Welcome Sequence is still useful, we just have to get there differently. So make sure that you are actually trying to help someone and that you are super intentional about what you share and how you share it. 
    • Establish the know, like, trust factor. If you’ve strategized your content, and they’ve paid attention, when they get to the Pitch Sequence, it will be an easier transition. They won’t live in decision fatigue because you will have given them more knowledge and power. Your offer won’t come as a surprise and this will help increase your sales.

    Most coaches and experts struggle to sell, especially through email. When I dig into their Email Pitch Sequences, most of them have a collection of fatal flaws that are killing their sales. In this 6-Figure Secrets episode I want to talk about the 5 most common Email Pitch Sequence fatal flaws that I see and how you can avoid making these mistakes.

    • Volume is important. Simply put, the more you email, the more sales you will see.
    • You have to know your buyer types. We all have 7 different buyer types in our audiences. When you write to those specific buyer types, you will see more sales come through.

    • Length of your Email Pitch Sequence is important. Keeping your reader in analysis paralysis leads to decision fatigue.

If we don’t build an offer or product that enables them to be successful, we will never be successful.

    EP 400 | Establishing routines that support you
    I've said it before, and I'll say it again,

    If your business works for you, it'll work for everyone else.

    So this week on the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast, I want to dig into establishing routines that actually work for you.

    When establishing routines you have to be honest with yourself and answer questions like:

    How you want to live your life?
    What are your goals?
    What season of life are you in?

    One of the most important things when developing a routine that supports you, is getting clear on where you are now and where you want to go.

    In this episode I wanted to share with you the season of life I am in and what routines I am doing to manage my business and personal life. What I do might not work for you, or you might be in a different season, but it my hope that by sharing what I'm doing, it'll help you land on your routine that helps to support you in creating the business and life you want!

    • Find a health routine that works for you. It’s important to take care of your health and so I decided to make two health goals right now that I try to achieve every day. I try to eat 30g of protein for breakfast and I try to move everyday. What do you need to do everyday to feel your best self? 
    • Create consistent daily habits that help you stick to a routine. I realize that in order for me to feel ready for a work day, my dishes need to be done. I also like to be fully dressed and makeup on for the day because it makes me feel better. I respond to my emails almost the same time everyday and then I don’t check them the rest of the day. What things do you need to do get done daily or what things habits do you need to create that help you accomplish the things you need to get done in a day? 
    • To establish routines and new habits, you need an identity shift. Make statements like “I am the woman who likes protein in the morning, who attracts clients to her, who has a 6-figure business.” These “I am the type of woman who..” statements can help me to manifest the habits I want to create. Take time to see where you are now, where you want to go, and make these changes or shifts to make your routine work for you.

    I am the master procrastinator.

    Anybody else?

    Because I catch myself doing this more often than I like to admit, I landed on this idea of sprints.

    A sprint is when you go head down and focus on getting one thing done. This can last a week, month, or whatever length of time you need to get that thing done.

    In this episode I want to dig into sprints and how this could potentially benefit you and your productivity and avoid putting things on the back burner. 

    TAKEAWAYS:
    • Identify the thing you have been putting on the back burner. If it’s something that needs to be done but you don’t want to, outsource it. If you are not able or want to outsource it, you will have to find and make the time to make it happen. 
    • What needs to happen to make it happen? What do you need to have in place? What do you need to know? What do you need to create? Ask yourself these questions. For most people it comes down to their time. So what do you need to sacrifice to get the thing done?
    • Identify your why. Why are you doing this thing and why is it important to you? Do you actually need and want this project to be a part of your business? If you don’t know WHY you’re not going to do it, you’re not going to have a reason to do it.
