11:00 – It's not about trying to create false positivity or be in a positive state all the time. Life is going to throw things at you. You're going to have ups and down flows. You're not always going to be in a good mood. I am not always in a good mood. I have stresses. We all, we all have stresses, right?

36:00 – If you don't want positive messages, just text back pause positive messages, and it's going to turn those off for you. Then you can focus on your gratitude journaling, your three good things, your dream journaling, or other meditations. You know, we have all kinds of activities now. You can turn on daily meditations, gratitude reminders, and/or three good things. You may be getting four texts a day at least, maybe even five sometimes, so you should adapt it to you.

46:30 – Before they started at all, they took a modified differential emotion scale questionnaire, MDS questionnaire, and that questionnaire is 20 questions. It's available for anyone to use on take two minutes, but ideally, it ranks your positivity against your negativity. So it gives you a score of how positive or how negative you are.

    01:00:45 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

That quality time by yourself is doing something. It can be yoga. It can be meditating. Obviously, Take 2 Minutes is a lot of meditations. But definitely spend some quality time on self improvement every day. Yes, it's tough. I know, I have Take 2 Minutes. I'm the CIO of a company. I have another company I just started. So I have a lot going on. There are days where I feel like I wake up at 5am and I really want to start working right off the bat, but I know that's not the healthy thing to do.

The healthy to do is to spend a good 30 minutes on myself, whether it be journaling, yoga, meditating, exercising, or something positive. I gotta spend some me time, otherwise the whole day is not going to be as productive as it could be. So I think that's what I would like to share with everyone, is find a way to spend time improving yourself. That is a very generic term, because improving yourself is different for each person and the time of day you do it can be different for each person too. Maybe it works better for you after work, maybe it works better for you before bed, but definitely take time out for yourself every day to improve who you are and get yourself into a better mindset.

08:25 – There's a distribution center for multiple spores and the little known aspect of mold, which is mycotoxins. Myco being the Greek word for fungus and toxins, obviously a poisonous substance. So when you're dealing with the health end of it, that's if you go to a doctor that specializes in mold toxicity, they're looking at how can they pull the mycotoxins out of your body, through binders and things along those lines. But interesting enough, most of the guys in this space don't even look for mycotoxins. They might do an air sample, but that's just testing for spores. The thing that's actually the most poisonous for humans is what mold releases to defend its territory, which is a mycotoxin.

17:30 – Mold loves glue and it loves wood. So you're gonna have a moldy mess throughout the entire house, which we've definitely seen that too. The the most important thing on preventing mold is making sure that your home is as dry and clean as possible. Sometimes you have to think preventative.

28:00 – How about not knowing where your whole house filter is? In this scenario, it had been a year and a half since she had changed the filter. So it was completely bio-nesting? It was full of mold, full of all kinds of growth, and both of her HVAC units were completely contaminated. It knocked her out for four months in regards to her health. She had returned from working on disaster relief activities in Turkey and got hit with some sort of a toxic kind of blast while she was there. They were burning off all kinds of toxic stuff over there. So she comes home, she's not feeling well, she's in her bed, and that's where it hit here like a chain reaction. It just got worse and worse and worse.

    55:00 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

I'm gonna tell you this, because you're about to go through it. Make sure when you open up your walls, I don't like to call it demolition, I like to call it precision deconstruction. You must really be precise. You don't want to attack mold or aggravate it, if you do that, it's like kicking a hornet's nest. So you want to make sure that you do it as nicely as possible. But before you do it, you have containment, and ideally, you would have engineered a control.

08:40 – I was working on my mother's treatment to find a cure for my mom's cancer, that was years ago. I got so excited when I was able to help my mom and she's living happy, healthy life up to today. So I was so excited because I started helping all these other people across the world to share my knowledge and help these people get better. There is no such thing as you're gonna take one magical pill, even in chemo world. Your body is too complex of a mechanism.

19:00 - I did not know how to keep myself healthy. I was miserable with my health. I was a victim from pharmaceuticals. I was I was miserable from every angle and I could choose to be a victim in my life, or choose to win. I said, hell no, I'm not going to be a victim. I'm not going to be someone out there crying and whining. Long story short, I went through quite a few hard times and then I really got my life accomplished the way I wanted to.

    46:50 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

That one thing that has actually mattered to me was to create a legacy with this company. I don't even hire the employees on the team that are not interested to leaving the legacy themselves. So everyone is chose very carefully to work with Nesas Hemp or Regenesis 369 I know I'm not going to I'm going to try. I know it's going to happen for fact, and the plans and the things I'm working on right now is going to create the revolution, and I'm not gonna continue to watch all the darkness, trying to accept how and push us and accept the darkness as okay. And I had enough of this, and I just know that I'm here, and we're gonna push really hard and we're gonna make it happen, because pushing hard looks great, but I know we're going to make it happen. I have an amazing plan. It's already working in the first phases.

So with that being said, I just want to see hate turning into the love and dark turning into the light, and I want people simply to be happy and healthy. I also want all the CBD industry to crash to be honest with you, because those are pharmaceutical drugs are sold on the market. Nobody knows people are taking drugs, and they think it's coming from the plant. There is no CBD in the plant. Nobody knows about it. Just like you might CBD. No, you know, darling, you are taking actually a drug. And even smart Google tells you that. So I'm definitely create creating revolution in the industry, because it's been four or five years, every time I've been interviewed by mainstream media or articles and things like that, which is, by now probably have 1000s. I can tell you this, that's I can push sales, I can push marketing. I can push all that stuff.

The only one thing I push is education that doesn't bring me money. So I bring, I bring the education. Because when we create when you're smart, when nobody can ever trick you, when you know how to make your money, when you know how to be healthy, when you know God, so But nobody's going to manipulate you, that's the moment where I feel I achieved my goal, and that's exactly where I'm going. So with my product, I know we're gonna change the industry, and we're gonna stop all these lies that hemp and cannabis and it's all the same thing, and CBD, no, no, no, people need to know the truth. So that's gonna happen. And with all these funds we actually making from Nesas Hemp, as I said, I'm creating something very big, and it's happening. I personally chose not to sell my soul three times two for sure. The third one I was assuming. I was offered ridiculous amount of dollars, and I was told I'm an idiot by not taking it, but I was offered everything I had the whole life written in front of me how perfect life could be, and doors are open everywhere. And I said, No. I said, Absolutely no. So yeah, it's absolutely that's, that's the legacy. We're going to turn hate into love and dark into the into the light.

I was like, we take vacations, so why not?! We had a couple of beautiful vacations this year. We did Greece, we did Costa Rica. I was like, I need to go help people. It'll make me feel better.

40:00 – I went 20 minutes up into the mountains above Lake Lure, there is an HVAC contractor up there, Ridgeline Heating and Cooling. All of the local citizens just started working with him, and he turned his entire business into a giant Donation Center. So I drove up there, and it was so inspiring. I mean they have you just pull up to the front of the business and that's where local fellow citizens pull in, and it's like going shopping. Then down the side street of the business, that's where I pulled up out back, and that's where you can drop off donations like my sawyer supplies I was providing.

20:10 – We've got hotels for Haitians and and when we've got an open border again, no matter your political position. Okay, so all of this FEMA funding has been to support people that are not actually citizens of this country. Last time I checked, FEMA was paid for by me, a citizen. I want my tax dollars benefiting my fellow citizens who are struggling first.

31:30 – Why are we even talking about $750 a citizen right now? Granted, I'm not a FEMA trained person, but all you did was light a fire in people, because they heard how small the dollar amount was. You need to take every dollar you got and send convoys of supplies, generators, etc. to help get people back to a healthy state of life. It's not even a level playing field right now.

48:30 – A lot of people are like, well, my work or my life doesn't fulfill me. Well, then go earn the money so that you can go do the things to fulfill you. If people are always trying to find purpose, our work will never be done. People always trying to find purpose. I like having purpose in my work, and I really enjoy what I do.

    01:01:55 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

It's a shame these natural disasters are always going to happen. It's a shame that this one is the worst in recorded history. I think it's a blessing too, because we get the opportunity to take care of each other. I mean, as much as I don't want bad things to happen to people, the next best thing is that we showed up.

10:40 – Oregon and Colorado are the only two ballot initiatives for that California had something that got through the legislature but was vetoed by the governor. He's asking for some more guardrails before he signed something. So who knows what happens next year in California? A ton of different cities have done the second way people access psychedelics in America, which is decriminalizing them. So decriminalize means it's not legal, but it's been the law enforcement guideline in that area which has been told this is the lowest priority. We don't spend any resources pursuing people who have small amounts of psychedelics. There are multiple cities in California, Ann Arbor, Michigan, Detroit, Michigan, Washington, DC, a bunch up in Maine, there's a number of cities that have decriminalized psychedelics.

33:00 – Halfway... So back in the old days, there was just healer, and the healer was both a medicine doctor and a spiritual healer. As Western society developed, we said, oh no, we're gonna gonna separate these roles and and doctors will be pure science and healers will be pure spiritual. Well, psychedelics plays in both realms. Psychedelics are learning to die before you die in many respects.

44:20 – It's amazing, even Governor Perry from Texas became an advocate for psychedelics. There are over 309 academic institutions studying psychedelics now.

    55:55 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

I think what I would leave behind for today is saying, look, while I talk about psychedelics for everyone, I don't mean everyone should take a psychedelic. Please get educated and whether it's for you, or for someone you love, or whether it just changes the way you talk at the water cooler or vote at the ballot box, these are powerful medicines that are going to change our world for good, and getting up to date and educated on them is important.

    Timestamped Show Notes:

25:00 – The foundation of IZOD is in the definition, it stands for "In The Zone On Demand". Because most of us have experienced being in the zone, but for most of us, it was by chance.

28:00 – When you're in control, there is no stress, there is no worry, there is no fear, that just all goes away. So purpose and then taking control, having a plan, surrounding yourself with the right people, getting out of their comfort zone, those types of things. Then biohacking, upgrading that body, that mind, and that's how we get into the zone. Ultimately, what I do with my clients is we create that scripted life. It becomes a set of power routines, like I have a morning power routine, evening power routine, a dream routine, and a health routine or a biohacking routine.

41:30 – If you do purposing, get control over your agenda/calendar, that just all dissipates. It is about control and clarity.

    53:50 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

My superpower is that I really am helping people unleash their superpower, and I know how to do that, because, again, all of people are not awake, right? They're just living a life, but not their life. So we need to wake them up. We need to see what their passion is and unleash your superpowers, not just step into it, because the world, quite frankly, needs all of our superpowers right now. It's for people to really start using their common sense.

We've been told so many things. There's so much propaganda out there, but just step back and go deep inside of yourself and learn some basics. We didn't talk about those because there's so many things we can talk about, but there's so many fundamentals that don't cost any money to upgrade that body and that mind of yours. It's usually only when we dare to get out of that comfort zone that that's where we find purpose out of our comfort zone, that's where we grow, that's where we can become extraordinary and unleash your superpowers. So take that moment, look in the mirror, and ask yourself if you're living their passion. When you get up in the morning and ask yourself honestly if you're living that purpose. If not, please do something about it. It's never too late. If you don't know how to, just seek out some help and some guidance, and we'll push you in the right direction.

28:55 – So I interviewed Michael Easter, author of The Comfort Crisis on my podcast, and great book for listeners, very good. And he had this concept of you're familiar with called the misogi. And it's this idea, it's this Japanese term that relates, that references sort of cleansing, and it's evolved to mean sort of doing something very hard, where you come out the other side cleansed as a new person. And so this Misogi, there's two rules of the misogyny. The first rule is, there has to be a 50% chance of success, and the second rule is, don't die.

    58:30 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

My legacy is about people by people who I impact. It's about my kids. It's about my wife. It's about my my siblings. It's about my community. It's about f3 nation. It's about serving people. And you know, there, there are few, few roles in life better than a teacher or a coach in terms of leaving a legacy. That's why I love what I get to do, I get to impact people. So my legacy is about people. It's about pouring into people. It's about loving people. It's about lifting people up, whether that's my clients or the coaches that work with us, whether it's my staff, that's it's about people.

Chuck Returns To Discuss A Theme On Doing The Right Thing, Taking Initiative, and Community Support:

Chuck Wood returns for a monthly check-in so we can hit on a variety of topics. On this episode we discuss some family drama, personal accountability, and even minor points around political issues. Chuck shares his experiences with family members in trouble and the importance of personal responsibility which Scott agrees on for success in life. They discuss the challenges of parenting and the role of teachers versus parents in children's lives. The conversation also touches on political activism, with Chuck planning to address school policies at a local school board meeting. They emphasize the need for parents to take action and not rely on others to solve problems. Towards the end we even hit on the simple kindness act of clearing a road to help stranded drivers. An important highlight around the importance of taking initiative and community support.

21:30 – So we'll get into local Utah school politics a little bit. There was an article published in the National Review, and it pointed out that two school districts here in Utah had adopted policies from the ACLU that said that teachers should not inform parents if a child decides to transition their sex. This issue is going viral right now and everybody's talking, but teachers are not the parents. I'm the parent. I created that human or adopted that human being, and have full responsibility for that human being.

43:15 – This all comes back to just one or two general principles, and simplified, it's just responsibility. I mean, my brother's in jail because he didn't show up to a court hearing, and he wants us to bail us out?!

    01:02:00 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

Just take responsibility for where you want to end up, and recognize that you have that same responsibility for your kids.

25:50 – How do we set our priorities? What is that focus, right? I've got my health figured out. You know, I'm healthy, I'm happy. So now I can pour into somebody else's cup, if that makes sense...

    55:00 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

I think what triggered a lot of this was just that I realized that I was stressed out and unhappy. So if you're stressed out and unhappy, there's a reason why, right? I'm not painting this as you need to pivot your life. But maybe there's some minor change, and you keep doing what you're doing in a different way. The thing is, when I was working full time jobs, by the time I was considering whether or not it was worth jumping ship or trying to fix whatever was wrong, wherever I was, I've learned that it was just time to jump ship. The thing is, is just sit down and yeah, figure out, okay, well, what is it that I really want?
