Plants Are Trying To Kill You!

Anthony Chaffee Returns To Spread The Good Word On The Healthy Benefits Of The Carnivore Way Of Life:

Dr. Anthony Chaffee is an American medical doctor and Neurosurgical resident who, over a span of 25+ years, has researched the optimal nutrition for human performance and health. It is his assertion that most of the so-called chronic diseases we treat as doctors are caused by the food we eat, or don't eat, and can be reversed with dietary changes to a species specific diet.

Quote: Plants Are Trying To Kill You

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    1. The Carnivore Way
    2. Circadian Rhythm
    3. Glioblastoma Brain Cancer

14:30 – I've seen the Carnivore Lifestyle help a lot of people. I think it's important to get that message out to as many people as possible. You will get people saying whatever the hell they want to say, in a very negative fashion, but it's a vast minority of people. The vast majority of people tell me about how much better they are, how many illnesses they've fixed. They tell me how their dad's out of a nursing home and is able to live on his own again, and that he's off all his medications. Or how someone underweight has put on weight after living very frail and skinny and now he's putting on muscle again. Just like other people are losing excess weight, they're feeling much better, and their diabetes is gone, their acid reflux is gone. These diseases that were just crippling people and crippling society, they just go away in a realist and short period of time.

17:50 – Aspartame is on the carcinogen list for years now. I heard that when I was a kid in the 1980's. It was mentioned casually, like, hey that might cause cancer, or might be involved in it, or something like that. So this has been bouncing around forever, but the processed food companies have kept it off that list by paying people to keep it off the list. They've admitted and said themselves, that 75% of their funding comes with strings attached. They openly said that a couple of years ago, and we all knew it. The FDA really showed how much of a shill they are for the big processed foods and drug companies.

33:00 – The most rigorously studied died on Earth is the ketogenic diet. What is it? Well, that could be anything because it just means dropping carbs. That's not actually what happens in practice, because it's very difficult to do a plant based ketogenic diet because you get rid of carbs, you have to replace it with fat and protein. Plants are a really bad source of both of those. So it's very difficult to do that, you have to take a ton of supplements, and you are probably getting a lot of seed oils and are drinking canola oil every day.

41:30 – Higher ketones can seem to suppress both seizures and migraines. Then different sort of inflammatory factors can be triggers, or just plant toxins can be triggers for both seizures and migraines. We have 100 years of evidence and experimental data and interventional data for both migraines and epilepsy with a ketogenic diet as the treatment(s).

49:25 – This lifestyle works for mental clarity, which just cleans right up, and brain fog goes away. That's a very common thing that people report when they go onto ketogenic diets in general and especially a Carnivore Diet in particular. That brain fog just goes away and they can actually think clearer with higher energy. They realize they have very consistent energy throughout the day, especially when they get rid of caffeine. You don't have the ups and downs from the caffeine as well. They find that they have are not spiking up, but you're also not dropping down. You're just here, level, and consistent. That really helps me when I'm on call at the medical center and I'm just busy all night long but with consistent energy and alertness.

01:10:00 – When nothing was working, and medications were not working, they actually came across Chris Palmer. So he was able to put his bipolar in remission. He's on a nearly pure Carnivore Diet, because again, ketogenic diets are meat based, high fat meat based food diets, with a side salad if you want to, I don't know why you would though.

01:24:00 – A natural plant is tobacco, which is a poisonous plant, which is a nightshade. That falls into the same plant families as potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers.

03:45 – Brad has always been like a big brother to me. He has been in my wedding. He's just been a mentor and someone that I've always looked up to. Just in his character, his discipline, and the way that he carries himself in all facets of his life. Including you, we're products of personal development. It's something that I eat, sleep, breathe, and my life is a direct reflection of the time and attention and resources that I've invested into my mindset.

17:15 – We have an idea, we have a mental model, of what we aspire to be. But, you know, I think the beauty part is the process. It's the learning, it's the getting better.

21:55 – There are little incantations, little things that I've learned over the process of the last three years of mentorship with him. That has really taken me to another level. I couldn't say that prior to working with Paul Martinelli.

30:20 – It's controlled, you know you get better two different ways. You could just go full throttle, with with no responsibility, or you can allow the law of process to take effect and you can get a little bit better and feel a little more comfortable over time. Do it in a healthy way. I think one way is, and I'm living proof of that, is rushing things, which is more prone to bad things happening.

40:30 – The thing is, the human programming or as human beings, we get addicted to emotions, to the way that we are supposed to feel. If you don't think you're addicted, give me this smartphone for a week. Get your hand off of that device, take that away for a month and see how you feel.

50:00 – Let's talk about that 12-year-old little boy inside. That's really the voice that holds me back, it's that inner child? I was obedient. I set out on my journey, I went to massage school, and then I'm riding a bicycle. I road eight and a half miles, every single day from Allentown to Hellertown. To go help build my family business. We grew that business 1,000% in four and a half years, even through a worldwide pandemic. I hold a citation from the US House of Representatives and the US House of Senate, I became the most influential man in Lehigh Valley Style.

    01:15:45 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

What I realized after I came home is that the bicycle that I road is a metaphor for a successful, meaningful, and purposeful life. What I mean is, the first thing you have is the handlebars. Those are decisions, our decisions create our destiny, one degree to the left or to the right of my handlebars, I'm ending up in a completely different destination. So you got to make good decisions.

The next is the frame of the bicycle. That's my mental and physical well-being, my mental and physical health. One crack on my bike frame, I'm on the side of the road watching everybody else go through life. So you've got to take care of your mental and physical health.

The next is your pedals. Those are our desires. The stronger my vibrational frequency of my desires, the more power I'm going to put to my pedals and the further I'm going to go in life. So what do you want?

The next is the chain. Those are my daily actions. Those have to be in alignment with my desires. It's like me saying I want to lose weight and be financially free. If my daily actions are not in alignment, I'm not going anywhere.

Next is the gears. Successful people know when to switch gears at the appropriate time. The gear that I'm in now is in the gear that I'm in with my clients or with my family, you got to know when to switch gears. You have to have the foresight to see what's coming down the road of life so you can get in the appropriate gear and maximize your efforts.

The next is the wheel. That's my support system. At any given time, during that 500 mile ride, all 230 pounds of me was on one spoke. In life, you're going to have to rely on a handful of people. So make sure you have a good strong support system around you.

The next is the tires. The front ones filled with inspiration, the back ones filled with motivation. Now on that ride, I had to check and fill my tires daily. Because if you ever tried to ride a bike on flat tires, it makes it really hard to do. So you got to find something that inspires and motivates you on a daily basis.

The next is a seat, you are going to have to support yourself. There may come a time where you're the only person that believes in your dream, you're gonna have to support yourself, how are you doing that? How are you talking to yourself? Nobody's going to believe in your dreams like you believe in your dreams, You have to support yourself.

Lastly, my favorite is the brakes. Everything in the universe is subject to the law of rhythm. Sun goes up, sun comes down, tide goes out, tide comes in. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, everything is subject to the law of rhythm. Sometimes you're grinding up a hill. Sometimes you have got momentum and you're coasting down on those downhills. Don't forget to use your brakes, slow down, take in the views and enjoy the ride. We get so fixated on getting to the destination that we completely miss the entire journey. Life is so beautiful at eight miles an hour. So keep pedaling.

I am not Aerodynamic with Scott King #NSNG

300lbs Released, Not Aerodynamic, Yet, but a Hell of a Redesign:

My name is Scott King 46 years old. Huge all my life. In 2006 I had gastric bypass. Day of surgery I was 552lbs. Lost weight but as these surgeries seem to go I gained all my weight back. I tried to have gastric again and was denied. I heard Vinnie Tortorich on the Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew show and as a last ditch effort I tried NSNG. I have lost 300lbs from it. Never been healthier. I have set my unicorn of all goals and that's the Ironman Texas in 2025. I hope this journey inspires the hopeless to take a change and encourage others.

Quote: Less of me with NSNG

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    1. Kitchen vs the gym.
    2. Healthy lifestyle choices vs surgical band-aids.
    3. NSNG Lifestyle vs a crash diet.

04:40 – I've always been a strong swimmer. But as I got into triathlon training, I realized I was actually a strong floater, and I wasn't the strongest swimmer. That is, I was very buoyant and so I mistakenly thought that meant I was a good swimmer. That was a whole entire different beast and my first try was a pool swim, a short one, then you go into open water swim. That's a whole different animal too now that you got currents to deal with, even in a small body of water. It'll expose every flaw or weakness you have in any technique.

17:30 – I'm going to build up to that Ironman level of training. But with that comes incredible expenses. entry fees, all of that stuff. I mean, just simple stuff like hydration, nutrition, and that sort of thing. Buying shoes, because I'm a big guy, I wear out shoes, bicycle stuff, everything has a huge expense. Let's not forget I have three daughters. I've told Vinnie before I live in a trickle down economic system in my house, nothing trickles down to Dad, I'm the afterthought.

24:15 – I had gastric bypass back in 2006 and I lost a good chunk of weight. Like a lot of people though, I started putting the weight back on. Roughly, around 2016-17, I was pretty much back exactly to where I was when I had gastric bypass beforehand. So I've tried to have gastric bypass again, because oddly enough, and I say this in quotations if you can get both or whatever. It was the only thing that ever worked for me. Which is kind of ironic because I'm trying to have it again because it didn't work for me.

26:00 – So I downloaded a PDF, just saying screw it, I gotta check this No Sugar No Grains out. It was a simple list of don't do this, don't do that. I'm married, so I get this list, I'm pretty good at it, but I still didn't do anything about it. But one day, we were out front in the front yard. At the time, my two and a half year old daughter ran out to the street. I'll stop right now, nothing bad happened, because it's a very quiet street, but she was already in the road before I can even get out of the chair to get to help her. Once I was out of the chair, I couldn't catch up with her. I was that horribly out of shape and it killed me. Knowing that I could not perform the most basic function of protecting my child, because my health was that poor. So I just told myself, I gotta give this NSNG a try.

27:20 – I thought in, my head, that I was 450 pounds. After I started to lose weight. I started cleaning out my closet one day, and I realized I was wearing the exact same size clothing I was when I had my gastric bypass surgery now as a size 62 pant and in roughly a 7x shirt!

38:20 – I've learned how my personality works, I need to have a goal. When I have a goal, I am really dedicated to my training, my eating, and everything like that. So that's when I announced it. So I paint myself into a corner and not like, do everything I can not to look like an idiot, if I just kept it to myself, or finally put myself down. I am looking to gain support down the road from companies. I'm not trying to get any of the glory out of this whatsoever, I can care less about that. But I know what it's like man to be so hopeless. I don't feel like anyone else has been more hopeless than what I felt, so I want to use this platform and this journey, going into this Ironman dream. All to spread the awareness of an event and our NSNG Lifestyle to just let other people know that you can too. I'm nobody special.

55:00 – We were taking my mother to the airport and the reason why she would get upset upon leaving was because she didn't think she was gonna see me alive again. That's a punch to the heart and how I felt, my health was so poor that I couldn't protect my kid. My selfish decisions were so bad with my health. My selfish decisions with eating were also destroying my parents inside. They just didn't couldn't tell me, they didn't know how to tell me. So just that lifestyle is just really hurting so many people I loved. It's hard to tell, but it's hard for them to tell me, but I found that to be a really, really, really powerful thing when she finally told me that.

    01:25:10 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

I would just like to let people know that you're better and you're stronger than you think you are. You just need to find that why.

8:55 – I was already the vice chair of the county party. I took a leave of absence for three weeks and ran for office and then I didn't win. So now I'm back doing my prior role, so I've always kind of been in the political space. I've got people talking to me now about running for office next year. I don't know if I have another campaign in me.

16:40 – Now, one thing that our politicians in Utah do, though, is they want to show people they're doing stuff. So the last two or three days of the legislative session, they suspend the rules, and they'll pass like two or 300 bills in two or three days, which is nuts, because it's like, look, you haven't read them.

18:30 – I don't want to discount either the people who are just out there trying to live their life. I mean, if you're running a business, if you're out there, you're contributing to the world in a way that you're good at, and you get paid for. I mean, you're making a difference, too.

28:25 – Back to that idea of balance again. I don't I hate the word balanced, because people think of it as okay, I've got six things I'm trying to do. So I'm trying to keep the thing centered. I don't think that's realistic. But recognize what you're sacrificing over here to make progress over here. So that you don't ruin this column to gain in this column.

48:00 – I just finished phase one. Honestly, 30 days of phase one was harder than 75 days of 75 Hard. I'm doing phase two right after Thanksgiving. Because you have to wait 30 days, between phases. If you fail during those 30 days, there's no penalty, right? So are you going to do it just because? It's funny because some of the stuff like I'm not working out twice a day anymore, I just follow my regimen. I have a program that gives me workouts for my triathlon next year. I'm gonna do a half Ironman, that's my goal next year. So if there's one workout in the day, that's all I'm doing, right? But the deal is, is if you slack off some are you disciplined enough when it matters to kick it back in? So 30 days is enough time to really get out of the habit if you're not going to stick to it.

    52:00 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

Well, it's interesting, because I was talking to somebody earlier today, and they pointed out that the market is tough, right? The dev market has just been for the people that are out there. You know, some of them have kind of been coasting, you know, got pretty comfortable. Then all of a sudden, the market is not as great you see stuff start to soften up. You see a bunch of people getting laid off. I mean, when we're talking about this level of personal excellence and stuff like that, it, it really comes down to if you're doing the work consistently, to improve, and are you doing the right things consistently. For developers, it's building your skills, building your network, and building your personal brand.

05:20 – I really wish I had been introduced to this 20 years ago as it would have saved me a lot of suffering. I suffer from a condition called tinnitus and it is a ringing in the ear. I maintain that condition and it was caused by eight years in the US Army,

12:00 – One of the things I try to get across the people every time I talked to them is that they need to guard their hearing. Some of the concussive sounds that I have heard in the Army with no hearing protection on the market would have helped or would have protected it to that degree. Did you know that I get letters every single week from dentists who are working on teeth and they were getting negative impacts from how the drills are resonating.

23:10 – I love most music, we all love to listen to whatever type of music it is we listen to. That is really the whole reason that we did Melody Clouds and put it together the way that we did. Once I was able to figure out, okay, this is how binaural beats work. Let's find out what other problems that binaural beats will help solve.

32:30 – The way that we've done it is I put all the binaural beats in a solfeggio and the guided meditations in one section. People who like binaural beats, they like the guided meditations and solfeggio has worked for them as well. They're familiar with it, and they know how that works. Now, the one thing I did was, add images, all of the images in Melody Clouds are award winning art and award winning photography.

45:15 – That is our philosophy as well, because in the next month or two, we will have 8000 episodes of old time radio. So this is how that ties in. Instead of you sitting in front of a TV and watching a story, those radio programs, this required imagination, this will require you to think and visualize it yourself. So rather than being overwhelmed by all the visual and the sounds from a VR headset, which is becoming a problem, and it's the opposite of relaxation for people.

    01:00:05 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

When someone sincerely asks me for help, I try very hard to be present for that and to do what I can to further someone else's goals. I do that because of the negativity that sometimes surrounds projects that I wanted, the people that are closest to us oftentimes are the ones that are the are naysayers. Don't do this because other people are doing it. I look back at some very good advice that I was given. Every restaurant in the United States has a hamburger on the menu. That doesn't stop McDonald's, Burger King, In N Out, and Five Guys, along with other hamburger only restaurants. The bottom line, what I would say to people, is you don't hear no, don't ever hear no, hear not now, you're not yet ready. But don't hear no. If you want to do something, do it, do that thing, and do it well. Do it in the best way you possibly can. That's what we really try to do with Melody Clouds. We stand on that.

    A Healthy Mindset with WeShape

On Today's Episode With Tyler of WeShape, He Reminds Us Of The Power Of A Healthy Mindset, Mindfulness, Self-Worth, And More:

Co-Founders, Katie and Tyler Bramlett started WeShape with the intention of advocating for women to stop focusing on the number on the scale and instead put their energy and efforts towards a more meaningful intention such as movement, rest, and a deeper connection with self. Their entire company and product is rooted in intention, movement, community, and beliefs. They have a passion for bringing awareness to the toxic expectations placed on women in the fitness industry, as well as the often overshadowed, yet pivotal roles women play in business and entrepreneurship.

Quote: "A Disciplined Mind Leads To Happiness, And An Undisciplined Mind Leads To Suffering ~ Dalai Lama

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    1. Mindfulness Intention

05:15 – How do we give them the tools to go from unconsciously working out, like mindlessly exercising, it's the hammering away on the treadmill, while you're watching an episode of Oprah. Hitting the machines and not really dropping into your body or really experiencing movement. How do you actually learn how to mindfully move your body from the intention of wanting to care for your body, not from the intention of wanting to change the way you look? So you can get external validation and feel good about yourself? Right. So that's kind of how we got to here!

10:40 – I also think that if you surround yourself with people who are all stuck in the same toxic mindset, then you end up complaining and circulating in that mindset. It's interesting to me, one of the things that we discovered early on about community was, it is one of the greatest predictors to overall longevity. In fact, I think it was Wendy Suzuki is a neuroscientist that said that it was the number one predictor of longevity is the amount of positive connections you have with other people.

14:30 – I feel like this is something I've become really aware of. It's funny because Katie was the one who came up with this intention as the business was, how do we change people? How do we bring awareness to this toxic weight loss culture we're stuck in, which is like, do this crash diet, do this workout, do this whatever, and you'll lose weight and you'll feel better about yourself. We just said it like a little bit ago, you'll lose weight, but you won't feel better about yourself.

23:30 – The goal is just to get people rallied up and consistent. We go over these topics of intention, movement, beliefs, community with them and really dive deep into them. It really changes a lot of people's lives. What's really interesting to me about these challenges, is that when people come together in a community, and one person is willing to raise their hand and share, like, Hey, I'm really struggling with this.

34:15 – I think people struggle with that. But again, I think this comes down to that self-worth and I think where we can really differentiate ourselves as a brand is that WeShape isn't focused on body transformation, losing weight, and all this different stuff. We're trying to bring to someone's attention that hey, look at all the magazines and all the internet stuff everything is basically making you feel shitty about yourself. We're shaping a new way, we're trying to change the way we're approaching us. All that stuff out there is making you feel shitty so that you buy their stuff.

40:45 – The mindset work, the psychological work, that is something that we personally have to take accountability for. You have to have a personal accountability and investment yourself.

58:00 – I want them to stop getting stuck in these toxic weight loss cycles. Stop getting stuck in these exercise programs and diets and all this crap and start learning how to appreciate themselves. Teach them to connect with themselves and show up with better intentions and lean into a community who can support them through that.

    59:20 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

I think what I want to stand for is just showing people that it starts with their opinion of themselves. What you believe about yourself, is what you will do with your life. If you believe that you're worthless, and you know you're a failure, and you can't do all of these things, then there you go. That's the life that you're gonna end up creating for yourself. You can believe whatever you want. So you can believe and see all of these positive things about yourself. You can keep training that belief and holding that belief as truth and fortifying that belief through your actions to build it into truth. So that will become your life. It's just your choice what you want to believe.

Brand Ownership, Emails, CRM, Online Scheduling, and Funnels

Chuck is back for a return appearance and we dig into the successes of CRM's that pair with their weaknesses, Sales Funnels, and much more.

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    1. Branded domain name emails.
    2. Integrating CRM’s including ZOHO, Salesforce, Zapier Automation, Click Funnels
    3. Online Scheduling including Schedule Once and Acuity Scheduling

07:50 – Mail servers on their own are pretty stupid. It's the stuff that you build on top of it that matters. So Google built this application layer on top of it, that sorts it all out and allows for that custom domain email universal platform for businesses. They have two advantages. One is that they've been doing this for a really, really long time. So they they've gotten pretty good just on their own building algorithms to say for example, hey that looks like spam! The second thing is now we're getting into the age where you have Machine Learning aka AI aka Artificial Intelligence. What it is, is they are taking this giant data model, and you train it against the systems that build basically mathematical formulas that replicate the result you want.

09:10 – This is all in software. So effectively, what you do is you set up your system and then you feed it. You say, here's an email, it's spam. Here's another email, it's spam. Here's an email, it's not spam. You send millions and billions of emails through to the end, what happens is when you send an email that you don't know, it can come back and it can say this is 90% chance, it's spam. So then you just have to decide how sensitive you want to be. The more you train it, the better it gets.

20:20 – The issue that I had was this CRM, it did a bunch of stuff, I could go I could cancel like four or five services, because they all could now get consolidated. So I was super excited. I start using it, and then it seemed okay, but the email deliverability was in the toilet. So they're like, hey, look, you know, we have this tech expert that will go in and fix it for you. So I paid the extra to have the guy come in and fix it for me. So he comes in and fixes it and the deliverability gets better. It's not where it was using the other system. But it wasn't so bad that I just threw up my hands in disgust and walked away.

30:30 – So I went back to Schedule Once, and you know that they're cheap. So it's not a big deal. But they'll let you set up booking pages that all go to different calendars. That's the kicker, and I have to set up like 10 of them for all the podcasts and everything else. Then I can use the Zoho calendar thing, because it's already built into everything else, just for the stuff that involves just me.

    42:15 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

The thing that I want to point out is that what your brand is, and that's the embodiment of truth and backing up your words. In a lot of cases, it is the way you present yourself, part of your brand is I tried to work with them. They were hard to work with, so if I came through, and I said hey this is Company X, and I named them outright, and said, and their their customer service has been terrible. But they actually have built their brand on being good salespeople and brand people. They talk about this on their podcast, which they have, and how their customer service is part of your brand. It really just does not come across well, especially that fact that I've had so many issues with them.

Athleticism, Electro Magnetic Fields, and EMF Rocks

Unhealthy EMF Exposure aka Electro Magnetic Fields Negatively Impacting Our Athleticism and Healthy Lifestyle Goals:

Justin Frandson, is an Athleticism Performance Coach and Founder of, Athleticism.com and EMFRocks.com. He is the author of Athleticism, Whole Body + Whole Brain = Performance. In his over 25 years, Justin does nerve work for sports performance with amateur and professional athletes in most major sports. He successfully treats concussions quickly. Knowing that everything has a resonance, Justin uses light, sound, frequency and vibration to facilitate healing and performance. About a decade ago he saw his athletes breaking down from wearable technology and looked to nature to solve this man-made, electricity and EMF challenge. His EMF Rocks Grounding Bags are sold at doctor clinics across the country, The Grounding Bags are the leading natural protection for helping people co-exist with EMF's and get a deeper sleep.

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    1. Understanding EMF and it's impacts on our health.
    2. Earthing aka Grounding
    3. Natural minerals like magnetic, Tesla crystals.

    Timestamped Show Notes:

07:45 – Many of us do not understand physics, we as a population have not been taught about it. So that's what we're gonna do. We're gonna just give everyone something that they can chew on that's palatable, and really simplify this topic of invisible waveforms, known as EMF.

10:45 – That's a scalar wave framework for the entire planet, our resonance, our electromagnetic field through piezo, electric thermal dynamics, our energy in our body, it doesn't just shoot off my right shoulder to the right in a straight line. Though it's six foot, they got the gig got us right on that one. And then, but it's a resonance that goes all around us. That's a scalar wave. All non-native manmade electromagnetic fields or frequencies are one directional waveforms, or they don't work, right.

16:20 - That's what EMF stressors do for our body battery. So at the cellular level, it's breaking down your electromagnetic resonance, and then dehydrates us too because it's 2.45 billion waves per second. It's the level of destructuring water. That's a lot of bombardment! That'll chip anyone away over time. I am dumbfounded to see that these professionals, like the NFL or MBA, their arenas, they're getting bought out and sold and getting strapped with 5g this, 5g that. They're zapping these athletes and are making crappy decisions. When these guys are machines, they never make mistakes, and then they're getting hurt due to these impacts.

24:00 - Once I saw the athletes breaking down, I wrote a book on Athleticism. The first section talks about awareness and all of the pillars for health. That's where I kind of dove into this EMF space in a in a big way. About a decade ago, I started looking into it and I found another person's product. They were using crystals with copper and it tested well at first. So I started learning about that whole concept of looking to the earth because those crystals add a resonance. I had a doctor approach me because I started testing homes in Newport Beach and surrounding areas and got a reputation for clearing houses. He basically said, hey, what are you using? I'm like, I'm using this product. I'm like, Well, what are you using? He said, I'm using these, these crystals, these rocks, these EMF Rocks.

31:15 – We call them brainwave states, when you're in a delta theta brainwave state, you're sleeping. Those are your brainwave states, low and slow. It's a longer slower wavelength state, we've tested this, it's just common fact. So this is the woo-woo part coming in, factual, and we tested this as one or below one to eight hertz or waves per second. That's when you're in a delta theta brainwave state, when our athletes are in the flow, you're in the zone. You're in flow state when your eight to twelve or thirteen hertz, or waves per second. That's the speed of your brainwave state. Now, the cell phones will ping at 2.45 billion waves per second of a one directional wave form, which isn't good, when you're supposed to be sleeping at one to eight. So what happens is our brain goes into a twilight sleep, so we don't ever get into that deep restorative sleep.

41:20 – The mini bag of EMF Rocks option is for the on-the-go protection. So that's for hotels, for cycling, for a pocket, purse or backpack. When you're cycling, if the phone is on someone, they can maybe put it in the Faraday bag, then it wouldn't have radiation on them directly. But they could have a mini bag of EMF Rocks in their jersey pocket too. Then it's going to create that coherence between any waveforms that are kicking off.

    51:10 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

Stop living in fear everyone, please get back to getting connected to the resonance of the earth. Because getting grounded by nature is the single most important pillar for health. It's free. There's not a virus flying around to kill anyone. It's our adaptive system. So stop worrying about being sick or anyone else getting sick. Take care of yourself by getting connected and grounded by nature, and feeding your body with chemical free food and hydration. It's that simple.

08:50 – I have three number one rules of communication, and they're all tied for number one. That's why they're all number one. One of them is, Everything Communicates and that's one of the things that communicates. I'll tell you kind of the converse of the story...

19:00 – Well, so we need to be strategic absolutely about communication, because, you know, how many times have you been there whether you're in communications or not. You're at work and somebody comes to you and says, oh, you know, we need to send out an email about XYZ. People's minds, especially when it goes to communication, a lot of times just go to the tactic, we need an email, we need a meeting, we need a town hall, we need a video.

23:25 - Tell them a story! That's my third number one rule of communication, is to tell them a story. Why is that? Go back to caveman drawings. That's just the natural way for humans to communicate and to relate to one another and to move one another, to action. Frankly, it's not that tough, because there's a very simple structure.

29:20 – Regarding the e-Learning we've got, it's all about the video success. So you got the visual and the audio, but then we also have little exercises that reinforce a lot of the points that we talked about in the videos. Then we also added in each of the courses, we have these downloadable tools and templates that you can take and keep. If you want you want to go old school, you print it out and you stick it up next to your desk and you can consult it regularly. One of the things I've got is on the corporate narrative course in there, but it is the storytelling template that I that I had just talked about earlier.

49:00 – Being explicit and prescriptive about what we need people to do is important. So we fall short of that all the time in our workplace communication. So we've done the hard part, we've won people over, but it's like, well, what do I do? And too often nobody has the answer for that.

    52:20 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

When we communicate better we can make work life, and life in general, better for all of us, for ourselves, and for others. That's what I'm all about doing, is about making a difference with good and improved communication in the workplace and in people's lives in general.

08:30 – When it comes to our Lehigh Valley, PA region, there's not enough personal and professional development here locally, like you said, I've traveled everywhere, California, Florida, Texas, we know social groups and masterminds.

10:20 – I'll tell you , it always surprised me when I speak at more local events and not the big stages. Like you said, traveling all over the country, no matter where you're doing it, no matter if it's New York City, or if it's going to be here in the Lehigh Valley, wherever it is. So many people are hungry for it. I believe that everybody knows the truth deep inside, but either busy has beat them, or life has beat them down, or they're on autopilot doing things. But when we hear the truth, we all stop for a second, we all pause.

22:00 - It changes the intent and how you see things, I promise you, and you're talking to a guy who is a convicted felon, I did four years in the Feds, a high school dropout, I was a drug addict on every single level. I've done every single drug known to man, I had zero discipline, I had a mindset where I did whatever the fuck I wanted. I didn't care who I hurt, I didn't care what I did. There was zero discipline. Now, in this evolution, for people to understand where real personal growth comes from, with your family, with your relationships, with your finances, with your health, with everything... it's discipline!

29:15 - Brother when I came in here, I put my phone over on the table. You know what I mean? It's because it's that thing, that mobile tech, you got to be disciplined to not look at it. Discipline is everything. Like I can't say it enough and I can't talk about it enough, DISCIPLINE.

39:25 – What you mentioned too, was intentional evaluation process. As we get older, many people stop evaluating themselves. I mean, you work in a job, you're gonna have an annual review. But those numbers are already circled. How about we get to circle our own numbers and be intentional. So once a month I call it get my life together Saturday. I sit down with a cup of coffee, a cigar, and maybe really nice drink. Then I put down the different roles that I play as a versus overall as me, Andre, but also as a husband, as a father, I have four kids, believe me, I'll have four different ratings. Okay, as a leader, and you could go whatever role that you value, put it down on a scale of one to ten. My rating is on a scale of one to ten.

45:00 – So I think one of the challenges of being a coach is we try to coach at home, and they don't need a coach, like I experienced this with my daughter, Wes knows my kids. This is what I have on my phone at 9:15, and it says discipline equals freedom. Make a list for tomorrow goes off every night at nine o'clock. So like, this is where discipline comes into play. The gift in the curse with what we do, we coach people, we give people direction, we tell them what they need. Then we go home...

53:30 – DALE: Yeah, they need to be present, just like we were talking about be present where you are present. Like I to have quite a few friends who just had the most amazing dads. Like there's nothing more important to them than their family and their kids. Not just that they're proactively raising their children and teaching them. Here's what it means to be an entrepreneur at 10, 11, 12. If you do this, I'll give you a reward. So they understand reward systems, they understand then once they start doing those things, they get a reward, but how good they feel on the other side is a huge reward in itself too. So they're just teaching them all these different things in life that I learned, but I didn't necessarily learn from one person.

59:00 - One in 400 trillion or it's 400 trillion to one. Each of us, you yourself are that one in 400 trillion chance to come into existence. When I heard that statistic, I immediately was woken up, just think about that. Just the thought of that is happening, why do you exist on this earth, why are you walking around. Each of us are a 400 trillion to one chance of creation. That's it. When you think about that, it's like each of us won the lottery of life. So you know how special you are right now?!

01:07:00 - I'm a man of faith, I don't hide that. I think it's very important, not so much being religious, but I'm spiritual. I heard the voice of God and he said, Wes, I'm all the father that you'll ever need. I'm all the father that you'll ever need, bro. When you put expectations on human beings, they will let you down a lot. So he said, I'm all the man that you'll ever need. Just FYI, we're setting a fucking date for this Men Of Mindset night again bros. I'm coming back!

01:13:00 – I mean, I think that's part of growth, though. The theme of tonight was Men and Mindset, right? Mindset is just the key word. This event them just popped in my head, so I was just like, I'm just gonna stick it on the calendar invite and I'm still gonna stick by it. I'm feeling it.

01:27:00 – The Final, Final, Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

    • In the immortal words of the man who stole my fucking jacket from Skateway, DISCIPLINE. ~ Brad Modrich

Red Pill Revolution and Medical Freedom with John Gusty

Take The Red Pill, Non-Consensual Authority, Freedom Of Medical Choice, And More:

After over 30 years in the entertainment industry working “behind the curtain” for some of music’s biggest names, John turned his attention to health and wellness in an effort to help his wife heal from what was originally diagnosed as Multiple Sclerosis. He soon realized that the same deceit and profit motive that plagued the entertainment media was even worse inside the Medical Industrial Complex. As a devout Agorist and champion of individuality, he now devotes his time to producing content that celebrates the spirit of sovereignty in all aspects of life.

Quote: “A lie is a lie, even if everyone believes it. The truth is the truth, even if nobody believes it.” - David Stevens

    Today’s Top 3 Takeaways:

    Timestamped Show Notes:

07:05 – Independent companies are becoming more and more rare. As independent companies get successful, they almost inevitably always get bought up. Once they're bought up, they're absorbed into that corrupt world. Ambassadors moroseness and then they're just a name and a logo that has to align with whatever the mother corpse narratives and marketing initiatives might be and so where is your individuality? Professional and personal individuality is definitely the enemy of the state. By the state, I mean the corporate state, the corporate state is government, the corporate state is medicine, the corporate state is law, the corporate state is everything that we call the system, schools, everything, and yes even our food.

10:45 – The key word there is look at the definition of non-consensual, actually hell, to be fair, even if it is consensual, I have an ethical issue with a lot of stuff like that. I'd rather work together with somebody, not control that right, let's instead educate each other, let's help each other through that, that next step of life. Let's do the research to get to the point of shared education. I'm not going to just control somebody. So even if somebody gave me consent, I still feel weird about that.

21:20 - It's about their model, they have three tools in their tool belt. They're going to drug you, they're going to burn you through radiation, or they're going to cut you through surgery. It's either drug, cut, or burn. That's the only tools the doctors have got. They're not taught, preventative anything. They're not taught nutrition. They're not taught exercise. They're not taught healthy light. They're not taught about impacts of healthy water, salt aka electrolytes, etc.

22:30 - In a quest to find out answers about my wife, in a nutshell, it took about six months of digging to realize that the that entire health industry is just BS. I'm not saying that there are not good, well-meaning, sincere people that work in that industry. But the industry as a whole is deceptive and is profit driven. It is not looking out for the best interest of a patient in any way shape or form.

32:00 – Name another life form that creates artificially made chemical concoctions to deal with their health, wellness, illness, and problems. We're supposed to be the superior species of the planet, with our larger brains, etc.

40:00 – The one thing that I think most people will relate to is the proof that Glyphosate doesn't break down, it never breaks down. Animals eat the plants, then we eat the animal. It's now in the ground, plants will bring it uproot, then something to consume that plant. I mean, it just keeps going.

50:45 – You learn through conversation, we're now not encouraged to have conversations anymore, and especially not healthy debates. There's now a one sided, weird, social peer pressure system to not disagree with anybody, or not rock the boat, or not ask the wrong question, or not speak up, or speak your mind. Because you're going to be labeled as some social posturing term, that's bad, or whatever.

01:01:50 - They are psychopaths. They are eugenics obsessed, warmongering, serial killer psychopaths. So why is anybody listening to them anymore? Quite honestly, it's because they've run the dice, what less and less people know, is good for business.

    01:18:00 – Final Words

Our Final Words of the Show:

It's okay to ask questions. It's okay to be skeptical and it's okay to say no, embrace the ability to say no instead. It sounds so simple, but saying no is really hard for people, especially these days. A lot of people are socially shamed into the accent, there's this weird kind of peer pressure thing going on where people are afraid. They know that a lot of people know that they don't want to do these things, or think these things, or say these things, or think a certain way, but they're just afraid to be individuals. If nothing else, if when I'm gone, and you're standing at my headstone, which is going to be a big middle finger.

Maybe someone will go out there, at least that guy did everything he could do, to let everyone around him know. It's okay to talk, it's okay to have opinions, it's okay to ask questions, and it's absolutely okay to say no. No human has the right to declare nonconsensual authority, authority over another human. If somebody is claiming authority over you, I would question that relationship. I'd want to see the paperwork behind it and how that other person thinks that they have this authority, and don't be afraid to say no. Most importantly, you can do all of that with a smile on your face and love in your heart and it does. Nobody has to act like a Karen.
