Dick K.P. Yueis the Philip J. Solondz Professor of Engineering, the Skolkovo Foundation Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and Professor of Mechanical and Ocean Engineering at MIT.

Professor Yue is a long-time MIT’er, having received all his degrees (S.B., S.M. and Sc.D.) in Civil Engineering from MIT. He has been a faculty member in the MIT School of Engineering since 1983

Mark Batterson is the New York Times bestselling author of The Circle Maker, The Grave Robber, A Trip around the Sun, and Chase the Lion (September 2016 release). He is the lead pastor of National Community Church – one church with eight campuses in Washington, DC where he has championed the Gospel in a secular society. Mark has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Regent University and lives on Capitol Hill with his wife, Lora, and their three children.

Jen serves as pro bono CEO for CHILDREN IN CHRIST (“CIC”), a ministry focused on reaching and maturing children with His Love and Word so they can lead others to Christ. The ministry currently serves 20 African countries across the 10/40 Window, with over 18,000 inspired and equipped indigenous local church pastors and volunteers ministering to over 200,000 children weekly. CIC operates at the core of engagement with Muslims and many of these precious children come from over 100 of the most unreached people groups in the world. By God’s grace, in 2015 alone over 78,527 children received Christ as Lord and Savior.

Jennifer received her BA from Yale and MBA from Harvard. She, her husband Adrian and their three children lived in Tanzania, East Africa for several years and will soon be relocating to Cambodia. For Jen, the blessing of nurturing and discipling her own kids and now also sharing the love and truth of Jesus with a continent of children is an unspeakable and humbling surprise, privilege and joy.

Dr. Gordon MacDonald is an author, speaker, and teacher. He serves as editor-at-large of Leadership Journal and as chancellor of Denver Seminary. “I am in that stage of life,” he says, “when I feel the call to be a spiritual father to a younger generation.”

MacDonald was a pastor for more than forty years, 21 of those years at Grace Chapel, Lexington, Massachusetts. He also led other congregations in New York City, Southern Illinois and Kansas. For three years MacDonald was president of Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship.

Steve Van Winkle has served as pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Bozeman, Montana, since 1994. He and his wife, Cheryl, have been married over twenty-five years and have three children.

Steve is a noted author within the BBFI and has numerous articles to his credit. He is an adjunct faculty member of Boston Baptist College, and holds an MA from Grace Theological Seminary. Happy Endings to Hard Days, Steve’s first book, was released by Heritage Builders Publishing in summer 2016.
