MustLoveMMA's Susan Cingari speaks with 12 year old Claire Tietgen about how mixed martial arts helped her overcome bullying in school.

Today Claire can not only defend herself against bullies in school and out, but is a well decorated MMA champion with 9 Gold Medals.

And if that was not enough Claire's story touched the heart of UFC's Social Media Manager, Shanda Maloney who went all the way to the top and got UFC president Dana White involved who then invited Claire and her dad Charles to watch their very first UFC fight - UFC 183.

But the fairy tale doesn't end here, because young Claire had hopes of meeting her idol UFC champion Ronda Rousey and guess what she got her wish again - Thanks to the UFC.

Jay T. Warsh on Tito Ortiz, Loyalty, and the Bond Between Them

Jay T Warsh joins me from Toronto to talk about how his powerhouse agency "The Inner Circle" came to be and how it works with fighters like Tito Ortiz, Alistair Overeem, Ken Shamrock, Bruce Buffer, Wanderlei Siva, Frankie Edgar, Rashad Evans, and Chris Cyborg.

"Loyalty" is a word that Warsh adheres to and bases his company on and in this interview he discusses why this trait is not really used in business anymore. Specifically, how loyalty was lacking when it came to his top client and long-time friend Tito Ortiz.

Don’t judge a book by the cover as Warsh may look like a wrestler but he’s a true adrenaline junkie who loves to jump out of planes, scuba dive, and camp.
