Having survived the long night of Game of Thrones, podcasters Dave Gonzales, Joanna Robinson, and Neil Miller are going back for a massive rewatch of ABC's hit show Lost. Follow along as your faithful hosts guide you back through one of the great storms in modern pop culture history episode by episode. And don't be surprised if a few other major storm-fronts open up along the way.
This week, Da7e and Neil are still watching Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, a show that now includes some Godzilla. They also continue the highly-acclaimed Godzilla Project RPG!
In The Calm [07:58], they break down the shortest episode of season two so far and attempt to understand the rules of character travel times. They are also forced to perform an unfortunate Godzilla Antagonist Check-in.
Then in The Storm [46:26], your faithful hosts look ahead to the final two episodes of the season and spool up theories about what monster fights might lay ahead.
And finally, The Godzilla Project [01:02:00] RPG wraps up post production with consequential dice rolls that will determine the quality of reshoots, the film's final cut, and one of the pivotal elements of any Godzilla film, the score.
Next week, Monarch season two delivers its penultimate episode. And The Godzilla Project moves into the marketing phase with Neil making his pitch for a trailer and more.

In The Calm [07:20], they question the laws of space and time as they apply to this show's plot and wonder how the writer's room will dig itself out of an increasingly perilous corner. They also discuss the potential resolutions to the season's story and whether any of them would be satisfying without breaking the canon of the Monsterverse.
Then in The Storm [57:30], your faithful hosts anticipate next week's episode, which promises a shorter runtime but, more importantly, the long-awaited presence of Godzilla.
And finally, The Godzilla Project [01:06:16] RPG dives into the post-production process as Neil's Godzilla: Awakening gets an assembly cut, a conclusion, and a schedule for reshoots as studio interference looms.
Next week, coverage of Monarch continues with season 2, episode 8, "Separate Ways." And The Godzilla Project RPG finishes post production with the hope that Godzilla: Awakening will come in on time and under budget.

And finally, The Godzilla Project [01:06:00] RPG experience continues. Producer Neil takes more notes from the creative braintrust (the listeners), makes important decisions about key action set pieces, and rolls dice to decide if he's going to get buy-in from one of the big names in his cast.
Next week, coverage of Monarch continues with season 2, episode 7, "String Theory." And The Godzilla Project RPG moves into post production as editing begins and reshoots are considered for Godzilla: Awakening.
