This session will explain several games and simulations that Kyle, Lety, and Deanne van Rosendale have done with their 10th grade World History students at Illiana Christian School. They will discuss their experiences with those activities and other ideas for engaging activities, with a focus on secondary social studies.

We will dive into how relational teaching is key to connecting with kids. We will discuss practical and real life examples in how you connect better with students and inspire them to learn and grow in their faith and in their content knowledge. We will also inspire and encourage you as teachers!
