3901 – May 11, 2026 – You Took an Oath – A Selfish People Have No Respect For Others.

One of my sons, when he was quite small, would be just sitting there and I would ask him, “Whatcha doin?” And he’d say, “Oh, I’m just thinkin’ ’bout things.”

So, today’s show might be me, conveying to you, that I’ve just been thinkin’ about things. Sitting and thinking is good for us, don’t you agree?

I attended a grandson’s high school graduation this weekend and one of the comments that the Valedictorian made in her speech, to encourage looking at the future paths ahead, was: “Failure is not fatal and Success is not final.”

I don’t think it was an original thought BUT it was a good thought and a “keep on keeping on” thought… like…

Eternal Vigilance is the Price of Liberty!

What IF:

America’s Media were curious and honest – seeking truth in every story. We would be sitting here wondering… ????

Politicians were actually working for We the People?

Americans truly knew and understood the Constitution and used commonsense?

Justice really was blind?

Judges used the Constitution to make their “decisions” instead of their political preferences?

Is that wishful thinking?  Those things I mentioned… should already be!

I have a story – not politically motivated…or is it?  Accusing McDonald’s of GREED for the changes they are going to make in their restaurants.

3897 – May 5, 2026 – The LAWMAKING is OUT of CONTROL – “It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.” James Madison

Laws on top of laws… is lawlessness and tyranny. Ignoring the laws by dumping a new law, regulation, or the lik, is not Constitutional.

People use the phrase, “unconstitutional,” constantly. I will not pretend to be a Constitutional scholar, nor am I a lawyer (thank the Lord). I do know, however that our Founding Fathers wanted our Constitution to be “uncomplicated.” Again, however, America (at least in Congress and our state legislatures) has too many “attorneys”… lawyers. It is THEY who complicate our governing. It is they who reject “Consent of the Governed.”

3896 – May 4, 2026 – Recognize the Enemy – I would be totally remiss if I did not say this… “May the 4th be with you.” I had to say it, as my children grew up during the Star Wars popularity. AND I will add one thing for sure… Luke Skywalker and Princes Leah knew who their enemy was.

Do we recognize the enemy today? We must work at this… and understand paragraph 20 of our Declaration of Independence:

“…He has… sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance…
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions… the State remaining, in the meantime, exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.”

Back in both the revolutionary war and our civil war, our enemies used others. (in this case America’s Indigence people/ tribes) Were these the enemies, OR was the real enemy those who bargained with them to murder…?

3895 – May 1, 2026 – Why am I Still Here? – First: May Day, celebrated on May 1st, is a multifaceted holiday marking both ancient spring festivals (symbolized by maypoles, flowers, and dancing) and, since the late 19th century, International Workers’ Day, which commemorates labor movements, worker rights, and the campaign for an eight-hour workday with rallies and marches.

Labor Movement: Originated from the 1886 campaign for an eight-hour workday in the U.S., specifically remembering the Haymarket affair, which saw police and workers killed during a strike in Chicago.

Spring Festival: Traditionally marks the midpoint between the spring equinox and summer solstice, celebrating fertility and the return of spring.

Political Action: Often a day for protests, rallies, and advocacy for workers’ rights, social justice, and immigration reform.

REMEMBERING ANOTHER SPECIAL DAY…

CSC Talk Radio turns 15 YEARS OLD tomorrow! Monday begins season 16!

There are days… many days… that I wonder, why am I still here?  By all commonsense and logic, I should have closed up shop long ago. This adventure in broadcasting has turned out to be (in my mind) a mission to save a nation. I’m a small voice, in the large scheme of radio and talking heads, I know that… BUT I believe being nestled in rural America. Which is the very foundation of this nation! We (you) have a voice, and it is here on CSC Talk Radio.

Things I say… perhaps they are not so “unique” or original, BUT I think a few things I say are. I’ve been saying that the two-party system is out of hand and We the People need to reign it back in. They believe themselves to be above us… not serving us (or their constituents). Politics has become a career and not a mission of statehood. It is they who have the privilege to serve. BUT instead, they are “handling” their careers and ignoring our Liberty!

They are running a corporation AND not preserving and protecting the Constitution of the United States. Just earlier this week (she’s a democrat but there are many on the so-call right who believe this too) Jasmine (I still love her name) Crocket… talked about how she is powerful! Was Congress to have a great amount of power? Power minus commonsense turns to corruption and that AIN’T good for We the People.
