The Four Fronts: Identity, Immigration, Israel, and Islam in a Shifting Culture | Identity | Pastor Lucas Miles

In this message at Nfluence Church, Pastor Lucas Miles continues The Four Fronts: Identity, Immigration, Israel, and Islam in a Shifting Culture with a foundational teaching on identity, human dignity, and God’s design.

The service opens with a special update from Bishop Charles in Kissy, Kenya, who shares how a ministry that began with one church in 2008 has grown to 55 churches. He thanks Nfluence for helping provide roofs for church buildings, and Pastor Lucas invites the church to give toward funding four more.

Pastor Lucas then lays a biblical foundation for understanding identity, gender, and purpose. Rather than simply addressing what is right or wrong, this message answers why it matters.

Centered on the doctrine of Imago Dei (Genesis 1:26–27), he explains that every person is made in the image of God and therefore has inherent value. He also clarifies the distinction between being made in God’s image and becoming a child of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Referencing Romans 1, Pastor Lucas shows how rejecting God leads to confusion and distorted identity, a pattern reflected in today’s culture. He challenges the idea of self-defined identity and calls believers to align with God’s truth.

The message also speaks to self-worth, reminding us that rejecting our identity or body is ultimately rejecting the image God placed on us. Instead, we are called to live in a way that reflects Him in every area of life.

Pastor Lucas closes with the hope of restoration in Christ, followed by a ministry time for those struggling with identity and an invitation to receive Jesus — moving from being made in God’s image to becoming a child of God.

Life or Death Tour | Seth Gruber

In this service, guest speaker Seth Gruber leads a message centered on spiritual foundation, cultural clarity, and the responsibility of the Church to engage truthfully in today’s world.

Pastor Lucas opens with a brief devotional from Proverbs 3, emphasizing the importance of building life on the foundation of Christ and living in proper spiritual order.

Seth Gruber then delivers a bold and comprehensive message, arguing that today’s cultural conflicts are not merely political, but deeply theological. Centered on Genesis 1:26–28, he presents the idea that Scripture already provides a complete framework for understanding issues like human dignity, identity, marriage, and family.

Walking through the creation account, Seth outlines four foundational truths: that every person is made in the image of God and therefore has inherent value, that humanity was created distinctly male and female, that marriage is designed as a union between one man and one woman, and that the call to be fruitful highlights the importance of both mother and father. He frames these not as evolving cultural conversations, but as established truths rooted in God’s original design.

A central theme throughout the message is the idea that many modern cultural issues stem from a deeper philosophical divide. Seth identifies this as a revival of gnostic thinking—separating identity from the physical body and elevating internal perception over created reality. In contrast, he points to the biblical view of the unity of body and spirit, ultimately revealed through Christ.

He also challenges the Church to move beyond passivity, calling believers and leaders to speak with clarity and conviction on the defining issues of our time. Faithfulness, he emphasizes, is not only about knowing truth, but applying it where it is most contested.

While the message addresses weighty topics, it ultimately returns to grace—offering hope, healing, and restoration for those impacted by abortion, and pointing to the redemptive work of Christ as the foundation for both truth and compassion.

Jesus Is Lord: The Coronation of Christ | Pastor Lucas Miles | Easter 2026

In this Easter Sunday message, “Jesus Is Lord,” Pastor Lucas Miles calls believers to move beyond a surface-level celebration of the resurrection and fully understand what it means to live under the Lordship of Christ. Drawing from Scripture and fulfilled prophecy, he presents the resurrection not just as proof that Jesus is alive, but as the moment of His coronation, where Christ is exalted above every name.

Walking through both Old and New Testament passages, Pastor Lucas builds a compelling case that the resurrection is historically grounded and central to the Christian faith. He challenges the idea of casual belief, emphasizing that declaring “Jesus is Lord” is not simply a statement of faith, but a call to total surrender, one that reorders every area of life.

From the cultural weight of that declaration in the first century to its implications today, the message confronts passive Christianity and calls for a deeper, more authentic commitment. Through a powerful real-life story, he illustrates the difference between using the name of Jesus as a slogan and truly submitting to Him as Lord.

Ultimately, this message is a call to respond, to recognize Christ not only as Savior, but as King, and to live accordingly with conviction, obedience, and transformed lives.

    Key Themes:
    The Resurrection as Coronation
Jesus Is Lord, Not Just Savior
    Surrender Over Surface-Level Faith
The Authority of Christ in Every Area of Life

JOSEPH: From Dreams to Dominion | Worship Before the Promise | Pastor Lucas Miles

Pastor Lucas Miles continued our study through Genesis 46–47, highlighting the moment Jacob stops to worship God before being reunited with Joseph. From this, he emphasized a powerful principle: worship comes before manifestation. Rather than waiting for breakthrough, healing, or answered prayer, believers are called to worship first, creating a place for God’s presence through praise and devotion.

Throughout the message, Pastor Lucas also showed how Joseph’s life prophetically points to Christ—a beloved son who was rejected, humbled, and ultimately raised up to bring salvation.

He reminded the church that in a world filled with uncertainty and hardship, our hope must be anchored not in temporary circumstances but in the eternal promises of God. The message concluded with a call for believers to live surrendered to Christ, walking in their spiritual authority and carrying the gospel into the world.

JOSEPH: From Dreams to Dominion | What the Enemy Meant for Evil | Sloan Adams

Guest speaker Sloan Adams, Senior Engagement Manager of Pastoral Relations for TPUSA Faith and leader on the “Make Heaven Crowded” tour, joined us this Sunday to continue our Joseph series in Genesis 45. Sloan shared briefly about his work equipping pastors and traveling nationwide to see lives transformed by the Gospel, then stepped into the powerful moment when Joseph reveals himself to his brothers. After years of betrayal, suffering, and silence, Joseph chooses mercy over revenge. Instead of condemning them, he draws them near, names the wrong without minimizing it, and reframes the entire story through God’s sovereignty—what they meant for evil, God used to preserve life. Sloan highlighted how this chapter foreshadows Christ: revelation leads to redemption, redemption leads to restoration, and restoration leads to revival. Joseph not only forgives his brothers, but restores relationship, invites them into closeness, provides abundantly for their future, and sends them back with good news—“Joseph is alive.” Just as Jacob’s spirit revived when he heard the words and saw the evidence, we too are revived when we recognize that what seemed dead is not dead at all in God’s hands.

The message then turned personal, challenging us to examine where unforgiveness may still be lingering in our own hearts. Using the word FORGIVE, Sloan outlined a practical pathway: we must Face the pain, Overcome bitterness, Release justice to God, Give radical mercy, Invite nearness, Voice the good news, and Endure the process. Forgiveness does not deny the pain or erase boundaries, but it releases vengeance to God and frees us from bitterness. Restoration often requires endurance, intentional intimacy with the Lord, and the courage to bridge relational gaps. The service closed with a salvation invitation, prayer for those wrestling with unforgiveness, and a charge from Ephesians 4 to put away bitterness and forgive one another as Christ has forgiven us.

JOSEPH: From Dreams to Dominion | Cup of Wrath, Cup of Blessing | Pastor Lucas Miles

In this message from Genesis 44, Pastor Lucas Miles walks through Joseph’s final test of his brothers to reveal a powerful picture of substitution, judgment, and redemption.

When Joseph places the silver cup in Benjamin’s sack, it exposes more than guilt — it reveals whether the brothers have truly changed. Judah steps forward and offers himself in Benjamin’s place, foreshadowing the greater Substitute who would come.

The silver cup becomes a symbol of something deeper: the cup of God’s wrath. Just as Benjamin was found guilty, humanity stands guilty before a holy God — not because we are “mostly good,” but because sin runs deeper than behavior. We deserve judgment.

Pastor Lucas then draws the connection to Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed over a different cup — the cup of wrath meant for us. Unlike Benjamin, we were not innocent. Yet Christ willingly drank the judgment we deserved.

What was once a cup of condemnation has become a cup of blessing.

Through the cross and resurrection, Jesus transformed wrath into mercy and punishment into redemption. Communion now stands as a declaration: the cup we deserved was poured out on Him.

This message is a call to respond — not with casual gratitude, but with full surrender. When we understand the weight of what Christ absorbed, devotion is no longer optional; it is the natural overflow of grace.

    Key Themes:

    1. The Test That Reveals the Heart
    2. Substitution and Sacrifice
    3. The Reality of Sin and Judgment
    4. Jesus in Gethsemane
    5. Wrath Turned to Blessing
    6. Communion as Declaration

    8. Surrender Over Self-Preservation

JOSEPH: From Dreams to Dominion | From Famine to Fulfillment | Pastor Krissy Miles

    Genesis 43

In this message from Genesis 43, Pastor Krissy Miles highlights a turning point in Joseph’s story, a moment where sacrifice, repentance, and generational responsibility collide.

As the famine intensifies, Jacob is forced to send his sons back to Egypt, but this time, they must bring Benjamin. What unfolds is more than survival strategy. It is a test of surrender.

Judah steps forward as a transformed man. Once complicit in betrayal, he now takes responsibility and offers himself as a guarantee. His repentance changed him, and positioned him to lead. This moment foreshadows the lineage of Christ, the Lion of Judah, who would one day stand in the gap for all of humanity.

Pastor Krissy challenges believers to consider what they are holding onto that God is asking them to release. Jacob struggled to let go of Benjamin, the son he loved most. Yet the promise of provision required surrender. What we cling to can become the very thing that delays God’s greater purpose.

Egypt represents more than geography, it represents the world. God does not call His people to retreat, but to go. To engage. To serve. To carry covenant promise into broken places.

Throughout the message, Pastor Krissy connects Judah’s leadership to future generations. The decisions we make today determine whether those who come after us rise in blessing or remain bound in compromise. Will we sacrifice comfort so our children can inherit promise?

When Joseph finally sees Benjamin, the dream begins to unfold. Guilt surfaces. Fear rises. Yet grace speaks louder. Instead of judgment, the brothers receive mercy.

The story reminds us that we do not hide in shame before God. In Christ, guilt is exposed — and then covered by grace.

This message calls us to relinquish what is most precious, trust God in famine seasons, and stand boldly for future generations.

    Surrender precedes fulfillment.
    Repentance precedes promotion.
    Release precedes provision.

    Key Themes:

    • Sacrifice for Future Generations
    • Repentance That Produces Leadership
    • Releasing What Is Most Precious
    • Standing in the Gap
    • Egypt as the World

JOSEPH: From Dreams to Dominion | Recognizing the Redeemer | Pastor Lucas Miles

In this message from Genesis 42, Pastor Lucas Miles continues the story of Joseph as his brothers unknowingly stand before the very one they betrayed. What appears to be political strategy and family tension unfolds into a powerful picture of redemption.

The message opens with a call for spiritual discernment in chaotic times. In a world filled with confusion and deception, believers are urged to trust the Word of God above cultural narratives. Just as Joseph rose to leadership in pagan Egypt, Christians are reminded that faithfulness to God can exist — and even flourish — in positions of civic influence.

As the famine intensifies, Jacob sends ten sons to Egypt for grain. They bow before Joseph, fulfilling a dream given two decades earlier, yet they fail to recognize him. Joseph tests them harshly, confining them for three days and holding Simeon while demanding they return with Benjamin. Beneath the surface, however, their guilt begins to surface — the first signs of repentance.

Pastor Lucas then draws a striking theological parallel.

Under the Old Covenant, Joseph confines his brothers for three days and releases all but one. Under the New Covenant, Christ enters the tomb for three days so that all may go free. Joseph’s harsh treatment exposes guilt; Christ absorbs the harsh treatment we deserve.

Like Joseph’s brothers, many fail to recognize their deliverer when standing face to face with him. Referencing Isaiah 53 and John 1, the message highlights that Jesus was rejected and unrecognized — yet He bore our griefs and carried our iniquities.

The money secretly returned in their sacks becomes a symbol of grace — undeserved blessing. They expected payment; instead, they received provision. In the same way, humanity deserves judgment but is offered mercy.

The message concludes with an altar call centered on this truth: Christ took the punishment we deserved and offers redemption we cannot earn. The question is not whether grace is available — it is whether we will recognize the Savior standing before us.

     Faithful Believers in Government
     Conviction Before Repentance
     Old Covenant vs. New Covenant

In this message from Genesis 41, Pastor Lucas Miles highlights Joseph’s journey from prison to palace to show how God uses hidden seasons to prepare His people for influence.

Through a testimony of answered prayer and a timely reflection on moral resistance versus cultural opposition, he challenges believers—especially close to home in Granger—to stand firm through humility, patience, and godly character.

JOSEPH: From Dreams To Dominion | In the Pit, But Not Abandoned

Pastor Lucas Miles continues the Joseph: From Dreams to Dominion series by walking through Genesis 40, highlighting Joseph’s faithfulness while imprisoned and how his life foreshadows the work of Christ. Though falsely accused and unjustly confined, Scripture reminds us that “the Lord was with Joseph,” not distantly, but personally and powerfully.

Even in the pit, Joseph accepts responsibility, walks in integrity, and carries the presence of God in a way that brings favor and opportunity. His leadership transforms the environment around him, revealing that God’s presence is not dependent on circumstance but on obedience and gratitude. When Joseph interprets the dreams of Pharaoh’s cupbearer and baker, he gives glory to God alone, trusting Him for wisdom and timing, even when Joseph himself is forgotten.

Pastor Lucas draws a striking parallel between Joseph in prison with two offenders and Jesus on the cross between two criminals. Where Joseph had to ask to be remembered, Jesus is the One who remembers, offering salvation to the repentant thief and eternal life through His finished work.

The message challenges believers to cultivate God’s presence through worship, gratitude, and faith, becoming people who are unshaken by offense, fear, or circumstance. Communion closes the service as a reminder of Christ’s real presence and the victory secured through His sacrifice.

Pastor Lucas’ wife, Krissy, concludes with a prophetic prayer, affirming God’s faithfulness over decades of ministry and declaring that greater fulfillment still lies ahead. The service ends with an invitation to salvation and prayer, calling the church to say yes to God’s purpose and responsibility with courage and trust.
