While trapped on furlough in the Vacation Home, we visit three brand new experiences at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios! You guys havin' fun???

I'm back for a second show of 2016!  Just under the wire for the Holidays!!!

We start things out with a visit to Disney Springs to experience Starbright Holidays, then head to Epcot and find a duck with an Aussie, and wrap things up with the jingliest Jingle Cruise ever!

All of these experiences are tied together with a relaxing standup paddle board trip down the Wekiva River.  

This week we head back in time to visit the Disney-MGM Studios Backlot Tour (yes, that's what I called it...) on its last day of operation. And then head to the MK to ride along with one of my new favorite Skippers on the Jungle Cruise! As an experiment, I recorded portions during my commute. Let me know what you think... I'm not sure if I like it, but I'm producing something.

This episode marks the 5th Anniversary (more or less) of Trapped on Vacation, we're still the Longest Running Non-Commercial Disney Podcast on the Internet, and we'd like to thank you for listening and sticking with us for all of these years!  Without our listeners like you, I'd just be a guy talking to my self with a wife staring at him wondering what the heck I was doing.  So thanks for not making me look like an idiot.  Well... like more of an idiot I guess...

This week we head back in time with all new audio from the Opening Night Preview of the Main Street Electrical Parade at the Magic Kingdom.  Yes, that's how long it's been...  After that we head up north to Dearborn, MI and hear an original recording by Thomas Edison.  Without Edison's invention of the phonograph, I doubt you'd be hearing my voice today!  So thanks Mr. Edison!  (Also thanks for the lightbulbs in MSEP!)
