BREAKFAST WITH JESUS (John 21:1-14)

The disciples go out fishing and catch nothing. The big haul comes when Jesus shows up and invites them to breakfast.

Mary Magdalene is first to arrive at the tomb. She is first to see the risen Lord. She is first to proclaim the good news.

After declaring from the cross "It is finished" Jesus gave up his spirit. What happened to his body afterwards fulfilled scripture.

Jesus stands trial before Pontius Pilate. Their conversation leads to a question about truth.
