Ryan has worked with the โwhoโs whoโ of the industry and is respected amongst the elite. ย Ryan has consulted over $250mm in real estate redevelopment. He has trained over 1,000 investors with the largest rehab academy in the world. His bread and butter have always been both single family and multi family properties. The construction projects that Ryan general contracted were as high as $500k, consulted others on million-dollar projects and he has managed portfolios in the tens of millions for other organizations.
