Well, there we have it. The final entry in The Skywalker Saga and the Extended Edition with the hottest take of them all! It’s not the ending we wanted but it is the ending we deserve? At least it has Babu Frik in it. He’s pretty cool, right?

The timing on this has been quite fortunate as we will soon be wrapping up the podcast, perhaps our last episode will follow a similar format? Will Tom turn back from the darkside? Will Owen reach out with his feelings? Will everyone get blown up by some kind of podcast super weapon? Keep listening to the exciting final season of THE EXTENDED EDITION!

It’s a new Extended Edition! Remember those? Tom, Martin, and Owen reunite to talk about video games. Yes. I just used an oxford comma. Suck it.

Owen is excited, they made a pokemon movie, an actual one with real people in. Martin is not excited they have made a movie of that Gameboy game he played several decades ago and Owen has asked if he will watch it and do a podcast episode about it.

So here we are. After a long run, we are finally at the end. Martin and Tom are joined by friend of the show Boter to talk about a brilliant season of TV that we simply can not work out why everyone else hates. Spoiler Warning as we are talking spoilers from the start. Which is pretty obvious really, it’s the final season.

We’re back! and it’s about time. Like one of those Make A Wish Foundation kids, long time fan Regan get’s to live out his long time dream of appearing on our soon to be defunct podcast. This episode we are talking about series 11 of Doctor Who now played by notable lady Jodie Whittaker. As usual we complain about everything that is wrong with it, which is most everything apart from the casting of a lady actress which we are totally fine with.

The Extended Edition Rides Again!

What can I say? It’s been a very busy six months. I’d like to tell you that we have been recording regularly and Owen just forgot to hit the record button but that wouldn’t be true.

But here we are. You know how we rushed out to see The Last Jedi and had a recording out practically by morning? Well, that didn’t happen this time. Instead I had to run out and move abroad.

So here we are, having all but forgotten how to Podcast and most of what we thought of the film (We liked it!) for your listening pleasure!

It’s that time again for the Extended Edition Christmas Panto!
This time we are in a dark and dingy dystopian future, It is the year 2031. It’s been twelve years since the last podcast went dark. Anything below 10.000.000 views is permanently deleted off the internet, or put in the darkest corners of the dark web.
In the quiet backroom of a small pub in North Norway, a former podcaster drinks away his problems and tries to get by playing cover songs…

The Extended Edition team sit down and watch Star Wars VIII The Last Jedi! (VIII ish the coolest roman numeral) In a feature-length chat, we talk about what our expectations were going into the movie, How much we got right, how we reacted to the Porgs and where could the films be heading to next??

Martin, Tom and Owen are back to look back at the year in movies and TV. What was the best? What wasn’t? Obviously, Star Wars isn’t included cos there’s no chance that we’ll actually be able to record two episodes that late in the month. Will we get A star wars episode to you before the year is out? Keep an eye on this site to find out!
