Welcome to the latest update on the Santa Clarita real estate market. This week has shown significant activity, reflecting a dynamic environment for both buyers and sellers.

In the last seven days, we've observed the following movements: 6 properties have been announced as coming soon, giving a preview of what’s to come. There were 90 new listings, providing ample choices for potential buyers, and 67 price changes, indicating adjustments to meet the market's demand.

Additionally, 15 properties have come back on the market, 41 are now active under contract, and 57 are pending, progressing toward final sales. It’s also worth noting that 62 properties have successfully closed escrow, demonstrating a healthy turnover in our local market.

On the other end of the spectrum, 10 listings expired, 8 were canceled, another 8 are on hold, and 2 were withdrawn, showcasing the variety of outcomes in current listings.
