Pastor Cheryl took us through 4 different types of laughter in the Bible; two types that are displeasing to the Lord, and two types that are pleasing to the Lord. Pastors Abner and Jessica Galvan shared a message about what it means to follow God’s plan over your own, even when it’s uncomfortable, unexpected, or way bigger than you imagined.
In a world obsessed with doing, Jesus reminds us that it’s not about DO, it’s about WHO. Before performing miracles or starting His ministry, Jesus was affirmed by the Father: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.” His identity came first. From the temple as a boy to the wilderness as a man, Jesus knew who He was, and He stood firm against every temptation by the authority of God’s Word. This message invites us to live from a place of identity, not performance. When you know who you are in Christ, you won’t be swayed by pressure to prove it.
1. Jesus knew the power of God’s word.
2. He had memorized God’s word.
3. Jesus spoke the word with authority.
Andy Hawthorne spoke a word that encouraged us to live bold and unashamed for Jesus in our everyday!

God wants to speak to you, and in fact He is speaking all the time. In this message we looked at what the voice of God sounds like, and how you can hear Him!
