What did John do on Patmos, the same man who had leaned on His breast at supper and asked "Lord, who is it?" He "fell at his feet as dead." Ask what terrible means when it is said of God, and ask how a man will stand when the Lord Jesus Christ comes as the lion and not as the lamb. "For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth."
