Episode 07 -- ...i guess we'll call this the music episode...

Not feeling well this episode.  My voice is a little off, so the bulk of the show is some really great podsafe music.

    Opener -

    Savium - Stealth-Geek

    Intro -

I'm sorry about the audio quality in the past few shows.  I'm working on it.

I'm sticking to my attempt to at least have bi-weekly episodes.  Unfortunately, my voice isn't really up to a long-winded show.  In a compromise, I decided to chat just a little about some of the current news items and fill out the show with some great music.

    I guess I was wrong...I skipped a week...

    Opener -

    Intro -

No promos this week.  I didn't have time to hunt them down.

I'm really sorry about missing the episode last week, but it's probably for the best since it was a slow news week anyway.  I might even change to a bi-weekly schedule since I can't seem to keep to a weekly one very well.

    Time will tell...

  • No...I have *not* dropped off the face of the Earth...
Just a quick blog post to state that I have not already pod-faded.

Life, (you know...that thing that takes place between podcasting and other fun endeavors) got in the way followed by the holidays.

I've also taken the opportunity to think about how I want to proceed with this podcast and am trying a few ideas to streamline the post-production process.

Hopefully, I'll be back in the saddle next week.

One of the ideas that I'm playing around with is, maybe, going for more of a short "news and reviews" format several times a week. Rather than one longer episode.  (Of course, I'll continue to include some of the best "podsafe" music, as well.)  I'm finding that it's actually easier for me to record and edit multiple shorter episodes than one long one.

We'll have to see.  Please bear with me as I figure this out.

  • Delays...Delays...Delays
I'm afraid that I'm a little late in getting the podcast ready for this week.

This is due to a combination of personal. family issues and my attempts to streamline and fine-tune how I put this thing together.

Look for an update tomorrow or Friday.

Episode 02 -- ...news you may never use...
Well...this is an inauspicious start...my second show and I had to cut it short already.  To make up for it, I included a little extra music.  I'll see if I can augment this week's offering with a second review-only show later.
