Ken and Jill talk with him about the role of assessment and grading in our practice and how it intersects with professional learning and coaching.

Yong Zhao is a Foundation Distinguished Professor in the School of Education at the University of Kansas, as well as the author of numerous books and scholarly articles in the field of education. Ken and Jill talk with him about overcoming obstacles and innovating in the world of learning and school.

Jane Kise is the author of Differentiated Coaching, a key text in our Level Two Coaching Certification. Jill talked with her about how differences and polarities can help drive our coaching conversations and produce the best outcomes for students.
