Sen. Mark Kelly Destroys Pete Hegseth & Trump For Trying To Strip Veterans Of Their Free Speech Rights

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) is no stranger to having to deal with “Department of War” Secretary, Pete Hegseth. This time, Hegseth wants the Pentagon to investigate Kelly over comments Kelly made about U.S. weapon stockpiles amid the Iran War, claiming Kelly “leaked classified information”. There’s just one problem: the remarks Kelly made that have Hegseth in such a drunken rage are actual public quotes Hegseth made himself. No, you’re not drunk like Hegseth at a strip club, you read that correctly. Senator Kelly nails it when he described Hegseth as “Hegseth doing an impression of Colin Jost impersonating Hegseth”. So why is Hegseth going after Kelly exactly? It’s because clowns like Hegseth and Trump are scared of actual leadership. Kelly joins us on the Find Out Podcast to explain how the Trump Administration is the least pro-Veteran administration he’s ever dealt with because of their attacks on Veterans freedom of speech. The Senator from Arizona makes the case for Democrats launching investigations into Trump’s actions when they take back the U.S. Senate along with making house affordability a key priority. We’ll also talk about Republican Congresswoman Virginia Foxx of North Carolina telling a ten year old constituent to f*** off and Elon Musk’s Grok admits that Democrats are better on the U.S. economy than Republicans among other topics.

Texas Republicans Aren't Ready For This Latino Deputy Sheriff Running For Congress As A Democrat

Given the latest news regarding gerrymandering and Republicans in the South doing everything they can to eliminate black districts, we're very pleased to have congressional candidate, Johnny Garcia (D-TX) on today's show. He wants to prove that gerrymandering won't be enough for the GOP to prevent a Blue Wave in the 2026 midterm elections. Garcia is a Deputy Sheriff running in the newly redrawn 35th district. Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) ordered the Texas GOP state legislature to redraw the maps to provide the GOP with five additional congressional seats because Trump requested it. However, the big issue is that these new districts were redrawn based on the 2024 Presidential Election results where Trump gained support among Latino male voters. After experiencing two years of fascism, tariffs and ICE terrorizing Latino communities, Garcia argues that many Latino male voters in his district have overwhelming voter regret. Garcia makes the case that the Democratic Party must fight for old school Democratic values that Latino communities care about if they want to flip this district. Garcia outlines his platform to tackle affordability by preventing Trump from enforcing more illegal tariffs and strengthening the Affordable Care Act. Click here if you would like to donate to Garcia and his fellow Democrats running to fill these districts from red to Blue: https://bit.ly/JohnnyGarcia

Also, while we understand the latest news from Virginia and the Supreme Court regarding voting rights has been devastating, we don't want you to feel hopeless. You can still fight back. Black Power War Room is organizing a National Day Of Action For Voting Rights in Montgomery, Alabama. Click here to sign up: https://bit.ly/VotingRightsDayofAction

Reacting To The Most Random News Stories This Week

In every episode of the Find Out Podcast, we always cover the week's biggest stories, especially when we have a big name guest on the show. This week, the Find Out team picks the weirdest and most interesting stories that really stood out for each member. We have a whole range of stories to cover including Republicans using the failed Trump assassination attempt at the White House Correspondents' Dinner to justify his $1 billion taxpayer-funded ballroom. We also have former President Barack Obama as Stephen Colbert's final guest on the Late Show, Kyle Rittenhouse being hospitalized for a spider bite, and James Talarico beating both John Cornyn and Ken Paxton in the latest Texas U.S. polling.S. Senate race, Trump continuing to bomb Iran and of course, the Hantavirus breakout on that cruise ship.

Remember during COVID when Trump told everyone they should drink bleach and constantly contradicted Dr. Anthony Fauci's medical advice? Imagine Trump having to guide the country again through another major pandemic but this time with RFK Jr. as the Secretary of Health & Human Services. It's pretty frightening to think about this White House having to help our country navigate another horrific pandemic.

OBGYN Explains What Happens If The Supreme Court Upholds Abortion pill ban

The Supreme Court recently put a hold on the the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in a lawsuit by Louisiana banning access to mifepristone by mail. The ruling came from (check notes) Justice Sam Alito upon request from the FDA and the drug companies that manufacture Mifepristone. Mifepristone is considered an abortion pill and is made available to everyone in the mail courtesy of blue states like California and New York's shield laws. While this is a surprising move by a very conservative Supreme Court, it's also a temporary stay. So what happens if the Supreme Court decides to lift the ban? According to our guest, OBGYN, PA Nikki Sapiro Vinckier, author of the book, We Deserve More, this could lead to gutting abortion rights even more than when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022.On this episode of the Find Out Podcast, Vinckier explains how these "pro-life" Republican red states aren't just about punishing women for having abortions. The repercussions of these laws have led to a rise in the infant mortality rate in states like Texas and an increase in the number of miscarriages. For a pregnant woman right now, there's no place more dangerous than living in one of these Red States with strict laws.In other news, Trump still hasn't solved the war in Iran and he loves bragging about passing dementia tests. It's getting pretty painful to watch. We're also launching a brand new social media app that isn't owned or manipulated by right wing billionaires. Tune in to learn more about the Fediverse.

Katie Porter Trolls Chad Bianco In The Fight To Be Governor of California

With ballots going out to California voters on May 4th, the governor's race is in full force and voters are starting to pay attention. Fresh off her New York Post B+ rated performance in the latest gubernatorial debate, we are very excited to have Former Congresswoman Katie Porter (D-CA) join us on this episode of the Find Out Podcast. Known for flipping a very red district in 2018 and going viral for grilling banking executives with her whiteboards while serving on the Financial Services Committee, Porter has been running as the Housing Candidate in this race pushing an agenda to make housing more affordable in California. Porter is also known for speaking her mind and being blunt and direct. She recently called her opponents "teenage boys" during the debate but she has some pretty choice words to describe one particular candidate, Riverside Sheriff Chad Bianco (R-CA), on the show. We'll also discuss the Supreme Court's recent attack on voting rights and what impact this has on racial gerrymandering for upcoming elections. We'll also discuss how Democrats need to stop using affordability as a buzzword when discussing the issue with voters and how honesty is the best way for a Democrat who flipped a red district to continue expanding their winning margin every election year. To quote the former Congresswoman, "We all need to do f***ing better."

Harry Sisson Sees Signs of Democrats FINALLY Winning the Internet

Since losing the 2024 election, the Democratic Party has been under scrutiny for lagging significantly in the digital creator, podcast and influencer game. Podcasters like Theo Von, Andrew Schulz, and Joe Rogan all played a big role in influencing Gen Z males to turn out for Trump. But as Trump has lost support amongst this demographic, has the Democratic Party learned anything? We welcome Harry Sisson on this episode to weigh in on how the party is catching up to the Republicans regarding their digital presence and how that positions the Democrats for both the 2026 midterms and the 2028 presidential election. Did anything else significant happen in the news this week? Yes, we will cover the inadequate security situation at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. We'll dig into conservatives and the GOP's shameless hypocrisy regarding gun control and shootings and we'll have a spirited debate about violent political rhetoric. Speaking of which, we'll also cover Melania Trump's idiotic feud with Jimmy Kimmel and Trump demanding ABC fire him over a joke.

The MAGA Meltdown Over Virginia Redistricting & Tucker Carlson's Crocodile Tears

Mr. Fullerton Goes To Washington. That explains why he's missing from this episode but the rest of the Find Out team is here to celebrate and recap Tuesday's victory in Virginia. It's been amazing watching MAGA have its hilariously hypocritical meltdown over Virginia Democrats fighting back against Trump's efforts to rig the 2026 midterm elections in the Republicans' favor. We call out the Jeff Bezos owned Washington Post Editorial Board for lying about how the Texas Republican gerrymander isn't a blatant power grab, but when Virginia Democrats do it, it's a power grab?!? Friendly reminder: Democrats in both Virginia and California let voters decide on redrawing the maps while Governor Abbott (R-TX) and Texas Republicans gerrymandered after Trump asked them to. So now Republicans realize that Democrats are not only fighting back, they're winning the congressional map wars. If Republicans were serious about ending mid decade redistricting, they would sign on to the Democrats' call to make gerrymandering illegal, but we're not holding out any hope for that.

Speaking of not holding out hope, we also call out Tucker Carlson's crocodile tears in his latest publicity stunt issuing a fake apology for helping influence voters to vote for Trump. To our fellow progressive influencers, you might want to stop sharing his apology video. You might've missed the part where he still referred to Kamala Harris as "Cackling Camel Toe". We also discuss the Christo-Fascist f***ery in Luke's home state of Iowa, making all the manosphere influencers who backed Trump compete against each at Alligator Alcatraz and turning out to be right about Trump pulling another TACO Tuesday on Iran.

Trump Is Having A Jimmy Carter Level Presidency

It's looking like another TACO Tuesday for Trump as he goes back and forth on extending his ceasefire deadline to try and secure a deal with Iran. With rising gas prices, inflation unemployment and a crisis with Iran that Mr. Art Of The Deal created, Trump's presidency has officially entered Jimmy Carter territory. On this episode of the Find Out Podcast, we discuss how Trump has not only contradicted his own Secretary of Treasury, Scott Bessent, on gas prices, but he's also been screaming at the very White House aides who are trying to keep him awake during his own press conferences. Also, Trump's quietly offering those affected by his tariffs (technically all of us) a refund.Trump isn't the only one making many headlines this week. We'll discuss the FBI's lawsuit against The Atlantic for reporting FBI Director Kash Patel's binge drinking and how it affects his job performance. Then there's Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. getting ripped a new one by congressional Democrats for defending Trump's horrific budget cuts to the HHS and of course there's a new story about RFK, Jr. and raccoon genitalia. Yes, you read that last part correctly. Sadly.

He Holds The Record For Most Lawsuits Against Trump, Now He's Running For Governor

Following Rep. Eric Swalwell's (D-CA) withdrawal from the California Governor's race and his resignation from the House due to multiple sexual assault allegations, it is unclear who will become the Democratic frontrunner. On this episode, we are very excited to have one of those candidates on the Find Out Podcast: former United States Secretary of Health and Human Services and California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra (D-CA), to discuss why he's running to become the next Governor of California. Becerra's big focus has always been healthcare costs, and he made his case for a Medicare For All system along with his record negotiating prescription drug prices for consumers. He'll also address the affordability and housing crisis facing Californians and how he would defend the state from Trump's terror. An interesting fact about Becerra: when he was California's Attorney General during Trump's first term, Becerra held the record for filing the most lawsuits against the administration. From 2017 to 2021, Becerra filed 120 lawsuits against the Trump Administration.

How Mrs. Frazzled Helped Eric Swalwell's Victims Speak Out

The California Governor's race was rocked this week when five women came forward to speak out against gubernatorial candidate, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), for sexual assault. To speak more on this our guest, influencer Mrs. Frazzled, broke the story and walks us through the process of giving these brave women a voice. We'll learn more about how Mrs. Frazzled exposed Swalwell's record concerning infidelity, harassment, and using his Snapchat account to lure women. It's another shameful reminder of how women are never believed and how men in higher office leverage their power to silence their victims. We also learn about the online blowback Mrs. Frazzled has received for breaking the story and the most outrageous accusations people have made about her. We take the time to prove that she is not a Russian agent and has no motive to throw the California Governor's race to the Republicans. In fact, it's better to learn about this now than after ballots are sent out to California voters on May 4th. Especially since the Republicans were ready to expose Swalwell on this as part of their "October Surprise".
