Hamish Blake is in the studio this week and comes in hot with a rattled story about his pre-golf nerves, affirmations, and one very unfortunate text that was never meant to be sent.
Then, things get practical. Jack calls Falcs out for being physically unable to say no to anything. So Hamish steps in to coach him on the art of saying "no". The boys give Hamish a few fake scenarios to test just how good he is at making up excuses on the spot.
And of course, we couldn’t let him leave without getting involved in your DMs - from the best way to pull a sickie, to what to do when the feelings aren’t mutual, to mums getting a little too comfortable on Instagram.

It’s finally time to step back into The Vault. The boys properly unload their petty frustrations, minor inconveniences and things that shouldn’t matter but absolutely do. As expected, it gets out of hand quickly, with Falcon yelling into the mic a lot.
Falc also has a full-blown parenting crisis… except it’s about his dog. He can’t seem to discipline at all, can’t sleep, and the dog has absolutely destroyed Jack’s room. Is this proof he’s nowhere near ready to be a Dad?
Finally, the DMs. This week: Gen Z slang that makes no sense, dealing with cheapskate friends, and a travel tip after being pickpocketed. As always, the advice is questionable at best but they give it a crack.

Falcs is trying to wrap his head around the fact his girlfriend bought him flowers for their anniversary. Is that play on? Is there a boy equivalent to flowers?
Then, Dom’s back! And after Falcs’ recent betrayal at the hands of a hairdresser, the boys unpack the most offensive betrayals in life - from stiff nights to questionable hairlines.
And just when it couldn’t get worse, Falcs reveals the new pet name his girlfriend’s been calling him.

After two years off (and relentless bullying in the DMs), you've finally got your wish, they’re back. And yes, they’ve returned on April Fools for dramatic effect.
The boys kick things off with a proper rattled story: Jack pocket dialling his ex while sitting next to his current girlfriend. Then Lulu (Sarah) grills the boys on what they’ve actually been doing for the past two years - from travels to medical dramas to airport nightmares and nightmare hangovers.
Then, they dive into a few of the questions that have been patiently waiting in the DMs. Jack and Falcs offer their two cents on your dilemmas and questionable decisions. And of course, it all wraps up with a little inspiration.
It’s bloody good to be back!

The boys have plenty of questions to ask Aussie Olympic Swimmer James Magnussen after finding out he plans to compete in 'The Enhanced Games'. Set to take place in 2025, it will pretty much be like the Olympics if the Olympics were to allow performance-enhancing drugs.
Next up, Jack and Falcs laugh over the many listener submissions received after using the phrase 'none of my business'.
Finally, they're overdue for an honest heart-to-heart and so the boys turn to a card game 'We're Not Really Strangers' to help them get deep.
