Halloween is upon us and while you wait for Season 2 let's dive into some of the work that inspired this series. H.P Lovecraft's Dagon follows a drug-addled man who plans on taking his own life after seeing something that should never have been seen. This story forms much of the mythology of The Cthulhu Mythos and is referenced in many of Lovecraft's other work, as well as many other works of popular media. Now take care and enjoy.

A Bastion of Horrors while you wait for season 2:
Cicatrix: Scars of Parchment is the story of Sebastian Sava, a PhD History student at Edinburgh University, and his flatmate Steven Yang, a PhD Anthropology student from Changsha.
Sebastian comes across an old tome in a strange bookshop, which seems to be relevant to his research on Early Modern witch trials. As he reads through the bizarre testimonies contained within, he begins to piece together a narrative crossing centuries and continents - a narrative which seems to have disturbing implications for him and Steve.
This is a historical cosmic horror/dark fantasy show, and listener discretion is advised.

Someone did this. Someone killed her. I expect my demands to be met. I do not yet know if I trust you Oliver, you and the company you keep could easily be the fan. With this being said, you are in just as much danger as I am. The clock is ticking... we need to act fast.

Welcome to our hor(ny)ror abode. If you can answer make our wishes come true we will reward you with prose that are crude. We will make HP. Lovecraft roll in his grave with the greatest monster f**ker pod that has ever been made.
So will you help The Armitage Account reach its goal? Or will you leave Howard with unfilled holes?
EDIT**
As proud as I am of all of those filthy rhymes I am obligated to say that Blood Red Romance Tantalizing Tentacles and More will contain no actual explicit material as that would be against community guidelines. Instead, it will be comically inappropriate, perhaps on the edge of what's possible to release on YouTube, Patreon, and other public mediums. Much like how I promise to edge howardkfjaslkfhouasyf
EDIT x2**
The writer of this post has been put in horny jail. He will be released only when our demands are met.

Oliver, I am sending this to you in three parts. I think keeping the record of the last couple of weeks' events intact for our investigation will be important. While this first file will be mostly a refresher for you, I think it's important context for what happened last night. Your friend Andrea... her findings... her theories... I think they might have some weight behind them. Hopefully, none of this needs to be made public.
P.S: When they are open to it, I would appreciate it if you could let Ryan know that I am sorry for all of the hurt I have caused them. I hope to work with them in the future.

File no. 12
Posted to the Popcorn and Perry podcast feed on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 with the following description:
Isaac Andrews, the son of the alleged mass murderer Marry Andrews was found in critical condition early Saturday morning. The massacre on the set of Mother of a Thousand shocked the world last spring when the entirety of the film's crew were found brutally murdered and mutilated in the New York wilderness. Marry Andrews was found just outside of the area covered in blood and in a state of insanity. She is currently locked away in the Miskatonic Ward for the Criminally insane. Her son Isaac Andrews has recently started a podcast titled The Armitage Account about his mother in a seemingly desperate attempt to capitalize on the tragedy. However, this podcast seems to serve more as a window to his declining mental state. Officials expect his recent condition to be either reflective of a stroke, or suicide.
