TOUR DE FRANCE 2025 WEEK 1 Recap and WEEK 2 PREVIEW

Ok, week one plus Monday! We've seen a bit of everything - Ben Healy is in yellow but for how long? Perhaps only until we head back to the mountains but a sterling effort heading into the first rest day. Mathieu ven der Poel has been winning, had a turn in yellow and been starting side quests for his pals and meanwhile the battle between Vinegaard and Pogacar (who pulled off his 100th victory as planned) rages on. But does Visma now have the complete upper hand on UAE? Milan's the main man in green, can anyone stop him? And Lenny's in Polkas to keep France happy.

TOUR OF BRITAIN STAGES 3-4 Ally Wollaston breaks Cat Ferguson's heart + DAUPHINE Vingegaard sparks crazy Stage 1 finish!

Well, the Tour of Britain Women doesn't disappoint - tears of joy and sadness for Cat Ferguson taking her first pro tour win in a soaking a treacherous Kelso, before being edged out in each intermediate sprint and on the line by Ally Wollaston whilst Lorena Wiebes finally gets her sprint victory in Glasgow. There's Demi Vollering dominance in Catalunya - is this the start of an era of dominance for her new team now in FDJ-Suez over SD Worxx Pro Time? And then it's over the channel to the Dauphine as the BIG FOUR fight it out in brilliant and hilarious fashion in what was supposed to be a sprint stage. Jonas Vingegaard the animator?! Who saw that coming, as Tadej Pogacar again takes a victory over a powerful Remco Evenepoel and a broken-wrist recovering Mathieu van der Poel. And we talk Jake Stewart's fifth on a mad new bike plus Netflix burying their Tour de France series in what is Unchained's farewell finale.

GIRO D'ITALIA 2025 - SIMON YATES WINS! But... did UAE abandon del Toro, or did he throw it away?! Stages 16-21!

Just when you thought the Brits couldn't do it on the continent, the whole of Europe says 'What the hell just happened?!' Simon Yates wins the Giro d'Italia 2025 - come on, did anyone call this...? Ok maybe one person on BlueSky - you know who you are! Sanny and Katy reconvene to reflect on the final week of the Giro, focussing on the madness up the Colle Delle Finestre. Sanny has several theories about what happened with Isaac del Toro - did his battle with Ayuso lead to a hangover between him and the team?! Was Carapaz right to not work with the young Mexican and the man who couldn't sound any less like he's from Bury if he tried, finally cracks emotionally, as he cracks the rest of his GC competitors by riding away up the climb that had defined his own career when he lost the Giro to Chris Froome back in 2018. Tears after the finish line, a very muddled accent in the interviews and what work from Wout van Aert to get him there. Redemption all round.
