Tour Down Under Women REVIEW - Ruegg reigns but will Dygert storm 2025? Caleb Ewan to INEOS and riders fighting kangaroos

Noemi Ruegg takes the title, thanks to a brilliant attack up Willunga Hill for stage 2. What else did we learn from the first World Tour race of the year for the women's peloton? Well, for one, Chloe Dygert is ready to go. Just like Ruegg, Daniek Hengeveld announces herself on the world stage, Sanny and Katy take you through all three stages of the women's tour. Caleb Ewan is without a team - is that about to change? Geraint Thomas has had his say. And which rider would come out best against a kangaroo, Sanny and Katy eventually remember to have that conversation!

Could Tom Pidcock be back to his best at Q36.5? Plus Pogacar's 2025 calendar!

It's been a long goodbye but our friend Daniel Benson was the man to break the news that Tom Pidcock has left INEOS for the second-tier Q36.5. How hs Pidcock's journey taken him to the Italian outfit and who exactly are they? Sanny and Katy are joined by Alicia Moyo to discuss Pidder's big move and why being the main man could mean we see him at his best in 2025. .. but will that be away from the stage races and more on the one-day scene? Speaking of which, we get breaking news on Tadej Pogacar's race calendar for 2025, we reflect on heartbreak for Remco Evenepoel after his crash, Maxim van Gill's move to Bora and friend of the pod, Julius Johansen gets his World Tour move to UAE Team Emirates. And on that... the pod slag off, their new jersey!

Pogacar & Kopecky dominate, Man V Horse and what's Pidcock's problem?

How many times will we say Tadej Pogacar is victorious on the road in 2024 - no more - the season is over as the Slovenian blows everyone away in Lombardia. Is road racing now the battle for second or even third when he’s racing? No Tom Pidcock present - has he thrown his toys out the pram one too many times at INEOS Grenadiers?! We have a big old chat on what's not been working for the Brit and whether we'll see him in an INEOS jersey again - could even end up privateering in cyclocross?? Lotte Kopecky bounces back from a stage 5 crash in the Simac Tour to show her domination of the women's peloton, We say goodbye to Christine Majerus in Holland and to the great Grace Brown in France as she bows out of cycling, with glory in the Chrono des Nations. Africa's road championships misses it's champion from the women's race, there's a spotlight on cyclocross for all the wrong reasons... and in the age old battle of Man v Horse, Tim de Clercq comes out on top.

Gravel /not Gravel Worlds MVDP 'n' Vos Dutch Domination, Paris-Tours mud, Pogcar Reign-bow in Italy

It’s a Dutch domination at the Gravel Worlds as Marianne Vos and Mathieu van der Poel take gold. How much gravel do you need for a gravel race and should more events take in multi-story car parks?

Looking at the finish photos from Paris-Tour - should that be called a gravel race instead?!

There’s deja vu at Giro dell'emilia as Tadej Pogacar takes the win with a strikingly similar attack as  Matteo Jorgensen shows he’s a once AND twice bitten sort of person.

And as F1’s Valtteri Bottas swaps four wheels for two, which other sports stars should get on their bikes?

WORLDS REVIEW Pogacar Triple Crown, Queen Kopecky & Super Storey

Tadej Pogacar - wow. The third man ever to win the Giro, Tour de France and World title in the same year, as if you didn't already know! We look back at a mad 100km solo in the men's race. We reflect on Demi Vollering choosing violence that ultimately opened the door for Lotte Kopecky to defend her title and we bring you the para cycling headlines as the Netherlands top the table but GB's Dame Sarah Storey is just one of the show-stealers.

We've had the blistering Time Trials and the World Championship Road Race awaits! And speaking of doubles by the way, what about 18-year-old Cat Ferguson - we shine a light on a star in the making winning TT and RR world gold.

WORLDS TT PREVIEW, Pogacar's Montreal mission and van der Poel cuts loose in Luxembourg

The World championships are upon us! We look ahead to the time trials ahead of another episode we'll do on the road race. Can anyone stop Remco Evenepoel and Lotte Kopecky? There's Euro road champs to review, Tadej Pogacar reminds us with 20km to go in Montreal why he's the one to place your bets (of course) in the Worlds roads but wait... is that Mathieu van der Poel winning a spring in Luxembourg? Plus why is everything so 'SUPER' in cycling??!
