Kristin Cavallari is back behind the microphone and more f*cking honest than ever. Let's Be Honest sets the record straight on everything from dating and relationships, nutrition and wellness, to what’s really going on behind those headlines. In her new lifestyle podcast, Cavallari dives into what connects people (and breaks them up), what makes people feel physically and spiritually healthy, and how to love yourself along the way. New episodes drop every Tuesday!

Nothing is off-limits this week with my new girl crush, Sarah Shahi. She opens up about divorce, co-parenting, and being single for the first time in 23 years. We talk about why she’s done chasing men and making the first move—and how she went from shrinking herself in relationships to fully owning her power, fire, and confidence.
Sarah gets real about hyping herself up for those steamy Sex/Life scenes, why she’s focusing on herself more than ever, and the truth behind her on-set romance with Adam Demos—including why she said “I love you” first, and why he didn’t say it back. She also shares why she's going for a slow-burn love now, whether she’d date someone without kids again, and why she’s done rushing anything—except her own joy.

This week’s episode is all about your questions — and as always, nothing is off-limits. We talk about why I don’t believe in regrets (what’s the point?), the different types of love, and how infatuation has absolutely messed with me more times than I’d like to admit. I open up about why I won’t be saying “I love you” for at least six months, how I’ve learned to break toxic cycles, and why we all deserve more than repeating the same unhealthy patterns. We talk motherhood — surviving the chaos of raising little kids, why I stay out of my kids’ drama, and how I feel about turning 40. Plus, my current workout routine, what I eat in a day, and what adult friendships really look like — including how to make new friends when the ones you have aren’t showing up.

My bestie Biegs is back for an honest, unfiltered conversation about what becoming a mom really feels like — the identity shift, the exhaustion, the guilt, and the pressure to love every moment. We discuss having kids younger vs older, how motherhood changes relationships, the mental load no one warns you about, and why two things can be true at once: you can be obsessed with your kids and still find this season incredibly hard.

This week, I’m sitting down with one of my favorites, Rachel Bilson, for a fun, honest, girl chat. From growing up in L.A. and sneaking into Hollywood clubs as a teenager to getting into trouble, Rachel shares how she somehow managed to stay grounded through it all. She talks about getting the partying out of her system early — long before the job that turned her into an early-2000s icon.
We dive into that whole era of fame, including the harder parts: the public relationships, the headlines, and how they’ve made her censor herself today. Rachel opens up about dating now and what she’s genuinely looking for — including whether marriage or more kids are still on the table.
We break down co-parenting, her relationship patterns, and the surprising peace that comes from being completely content on your own. Rachel also shares the mindset she wishes she’d had in her 20s (and what she hopes younger women hear today).
Plus, Rachel on Broadway, Dancing With the Stars, and the mom conversations we all have: wanting our kids to actually come to us in high school, and why she’s holding off on giving her daughter a phone for as long as possible.

This episode is bittersweet for me. I’m sharing the heartbreaking loss of my German Shepherd, Kona, and what it was like saying goodbye, not just for me, but for my kids, who grew up with her by their side. Grief has a way of stopping time… and also reminding you how precious it is.
From there, we talk about the energy of the new year: the shedding, the forward momentum, and why this one already feels different. I share a manifestation practice I’m trying in 2026, why I’m writing my goals as if they’ve already happened, and how I’m working to release long-held limiting beliefs around love, career, and the idea that you can’t have it all.

We’re back with another Hills rewatch, and this episode hit me harder than I expected. Going home to Laguna Beach and filming with my dad and step-mom is emotional to revisit now that he’s no longer in my life. It’s wild how one scene can basically sum up our entire relationship. Watching how a narcissist can turn “on” for the cameras, the drama with my step-mom, and why I was genuinely floored she even agreed to film. And yes — her dressing up as me for Halloween comes up.
We also get into one of the few real, intense storylines of the show: Holly’s drinking. The moment that made me text Heidi, and how Holly went from that season of life to being 15 years sober and now running her own recovery center for women.
Plus, the scene that reminded me of doing a wedding-dress photoshoot the day after calling off my engagement… and the dramatic twist that sent the Justin Bobby–Audrina–me love triangle straight into chaos.

While we're all bundled up this winter, I can't help but think about all the places I want to plan travel to when it finally gets warmer. So I’m breaking down my favorite beach destinations and why they’ve earned permanent spots on my travel roster.
Whether it’s the comfort of Cabo, the magic of Tulum, the pulse of Miami, or the unforgettable nights in Mykonos, each place has a story and a vibe of its own that keeps me coming back. If you need ideas for your next getaway (or want to daydream), I've got you covered.

I cannot wait for you to hear this conversation with my hypnotherapist, Kristen Eykel, the woman and the modality that have completely shifted my life. Kristen’s story is wild in the best way: she went from being a supermodel in the 80s, living the full sex-drugs-rock-and-roll lifestyle, to becoming a deeply respected healer. And in this episode, she breaks down what hypnotherapy really is… beyond the clichés and way past the “quit smoking” stereotype.
We talk about why some of our patterns might come from utero or even a past life and why time isn’t as real as we think it is. Kristen shares why she doesn’t believe you need plant medicine to access deep healing, and how hypnotherapy can take you to the same inner truths with clarity and safety.
We also get into overriding fear, remembering our connectedness, and how to stay centered when the world feels heavy. Kristen explains why some souls choose harder lives, why visualization actually matters, and how to release the emotions we keep stored in our bodies. Plus: parallel realities and why no two people experience this world the same way.
It’s raw, mind-expanding, and one of the most transformative conversations I’ve had yet.

Dating these days is a whole journey, and today we’re getting into all of it with listener dating scenarios... chasing sparks and butterflies, feeling almost too content being single, and not letting the fear of an ending keep you in something that isn’t right. We’re talking about raising the bar (because it's on the damn floor), why men come on strong and then go cold, and how to finally break the cycle of attracting the same emotionally unavailable guys. We’re digging into situationships, why single moms have nothing to fear in the dating world, and what it actually looks like for women to take their power back and date from a place of confidence instead of scarcity.

We're back for another Hills rewatch episode, and this one takes a wild turn at Brody's birthday party, or as I like to call it "strike one". How producers amped up storylines, what Brody said that genuinely shocked me, and why Spencer swears he never would’ve gotten married if he’d known this one thing. From being drunk on camera to being asked to cry on cue, we’re breaking down the formula that made these shows work… maybe a little too well. And yeah — maybe I took it too far sometimes.
