Kaelyn Hutchins began her career in entertainment as a Programming Intern at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where she was promoted to Features Programmer. She then transitioned into talent management, starting as an assistant at Jordan Lee Talent. Building on that foundation, Hutchins spent nearly nine years as a Talent Manager at Principal Entertainment LA, where she developed her expertise in representing a range of talent. After her tenure there, she moved to Strand Entertainment (formerly Silver Lining Entertainment) as a Talent Manager, where she worked for a little over a year and a half, continuing to represent notable clients like Annie Gonzalez (Flamin' Hot), Maya Lynne Robinson (The Unicorn), Kelen Coleman (The Newsroom), and Carolina Moreno (Acapulco). Now, Hutchins has joined Neon Kite as a Talent Manager, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to the next chapter of her career.

For the past thirteen years, Brittani Ward has built an impressive career, working on projects of every size. Extensive casting associate work under Emmy-award winners (Barbara Fiorentino, Amber Horn, Danielle Aufiero, Laray Mayfield, and Julie Schubert) includes one season of every Marvel/Netflix series, 50 Shades of Gray Darker and Freed, Death Note, two Jason Statham-led features, and prestigious television pilots and series.
As an independent casting director, Brittani found her niche in high-level casting strategy relative to film financing, which has segued into producing. In 2022, she partnered up with Angie Gaffney to produce feature film Single Car Crashes (which she also wrote and directed; won the 'Best New Vision' jury award at its World Premiere at Cinequest), Desire Lines (won the Special Jury award in the 'Next' section at Sundance), another feature (in post-production), and several proof-of-concept web series and shorts.
Today, Brittani lives with her husband and their daughter in Chicago. Brittani is a fierce proponent of diversity & inclusion, and prides herself on being intuitive, discerning, constructive, and accessible.

Transitioning to producing after a tenure at United Talent Agency (UTA), where she shadowed leading Directors and Producers, Aletha wrote and produced her acclaimed short film *'Safe Bet,'* honored with the Best Short Short award at the LA Indie Film Festival.
Her debut feature film *'Everything & The Universe,'* a queer Rom-Com featuring talents like EJ Bonilla, Nicolette Pearse, Chelsea Gilligan, and Luke Roberts was recently picked up by Brick Lane Entertainment and is poised to make waves in the film markets. Amanda Lenker Doyle is an award winning Casting Director and a self proclaimed treasure hunter. Obsessed with all things shimmery and bright, she has dedicated her life to the hunt for gems, jewels…and actors.
Amanda has been working in film and television casting for over 17 years. In 2022, her short film PLEASE HOLD was nominated for an Academy Award in the Live Action Short Film category! Some additional favorite credits to date include R#J, which swept Sundance and SXSW in 2021, BLACK-ISH & THE MUPPETS for ABC, ZAC & MIA for Netflix and WAYNE streaming now on Amazon Prime.

Rachel Miller is a founding partner of Haven Entertainment (haven.la), a management and production company based in Los Angeles. Haven produces award-winning documentaries, feature films and television shows; represents top writers, directors, actors, and comedians; and collaborates with brands to develop cutting-edge digital content. She is Executive Producer of Netflix’s limited series Devil in Ohio starring Emily Deschanel which debuted to #1 in the US and #3 in the world and within 48 hours of its premiere rose to the #1 TV series in the world on Netflix. Miller also produced the 3D documentary Under the Electric Sky, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and sold to Focus Features.
Miller is the founder of non-profit Film2Future, which builds a direct pipeline for underserved diverse youth to gain access to Hollywood – all at zero cost to participate. Since its inception in 2016, F2F has educated over 225 students, placed students in over 135 paid internship/PA opportunities and its students have earned over $2 million in college scholarships. She encourages all entertainment industry professionals to get involved in the organization and to support the next generation of diverse filmmakers.
Miller is an active public speaker with an emphasis on emerging talent, pipeline strategies and inclusion. Recent appearances include UCLA, New York University, the CBS Diversity Program, Alliance of Women Directors, AFI (American Film Institute), Monterrey Film Festival (Monterrey, Mexico), the Rio International Film Festival (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) and on many podcasts including John August’s ScriptNotes.
