Episode 200 Special - We want your contributions!

Miranda and the team have some exciting news! In a few weeks, it'll be the 200th episode of Stopping To Notice.

The observations that the Stopping To Notice community sent last year to celebrate the 100th episode were really beautiful, and so we'd love to feature your brilliant contributions once again.

This time, it would be for a special episode about the changing seasons. What are the small moments about the seasons changing that you are stopping to notice at the moment?

If you'd like to be involved, please send audio recordings of your observations to [email protected].

These can be as short or as long as you like, and can be recorded on your phone, or any other recording equipment you might have.

It would be lovely if they could be recorded in the actual place you're stopping to notice, so we feel like we're there with you! This doesn’t have to be outside though – observations from your home are brilliant too.

Please send them to us by Thursday 10th October and we'll create a montage with a selection of your observations.

    Really looking forward to listening!
