It's time for a Spooky Sleepover and the girls have had quite the week!

Cheryl has been in cheerleader mode with Claire from STEPS and Cynthia Erivo at the London Marathon 2026 on Rainbow Row.

Nikki has found there's a fridge thief in her home who has a taste for contraband sausages.

They discuss their thoughts on this weeks case - The Black Dahlia and explore if this crime was of it's time or does it have long lasting implications?

Nikki is settling down for a nice long sleep on her new mattress which has prompted her to look at just how much beds have evolved over the years and the answer will surprise you. She then explores some of the weirdest beds in history, one which was so famous it made it in to a Shakespeare play and another belonging to the king of rock n roll, shaped as his favourite meal!

Cheryl is being haunted by something dark that won't leave her dreams...or should that be nightmares. That demon has only one name Mr Blobby.

How can an app solve a murder?

When a gang of teenagers embarked on what they thought would be a fun adventure, they didn't realise their lives would be profoundly changed forever. In the height of the 2020 lockdown, people became obsessed with an app called Randonautica. It promised users a randomly generated adventure and it delivered. But for some people, that journey would turn into a nightmare.

But Randonautica wasn't the first app which helped people stumble across some awful things, back in 2016, there was Pokemon Go! Was this app just as bad or was it even worse?
