17 April 2026, 3:39 pm - 57 minutes 56 secondsSchool is No Place for Learning | EP 112
This one has captured my thought-life for some time now, and most earnestly as I continue to interface with the challenges of kids in school.
My memories of being home-schooled were delightful and rich with experiences - and upon entering school in 3rd grade, I didn't feel like I had missed out on anything. In fact, I felt out of sorts, in my own favor.
Reflecting on both past, present and future, the benefit of hindsight is impacting solutions for what is to come. The experience of real real learning is no longer monopolized by the local parochial school.
In this episode, I share deep reflections on how traditional schooling often stifles genuine learning and human growth, advocating for a renewed emphasis on self-education, curiosity, and vitality.
Key topics:
- The distinction between passive and active literacy, emphasizing skills of rhetoric and self-expression
- How the six functions of modern education (adaptation, conformity, differentiation, etc.) serve social engineering rather than fostering true intelligence
- The importance of unlearning societal conditioning and cultivating curiosity beyond memorization
- The role of logical fallacies and scientific myths in shaping our perception of truth

9 April 2026, 4:20 pm - 45 minutes 9 secondsAthletic Alchemy Part 2 with Matthew Michael Koman | EP 111
Most athletes overlook a crucial secret: true power and response start from the center — specifically, the spine and mind.
In this dynamic conversation, my good man Matthew Michael Koman circles back to share from his well of experience. From the jump, we explored how reconnecting with your core — physically, mentally, and energetically — can transform your reaction time, resilience, and overall performance. You’ll discover why a simple pause before action can lead to more grounded responses, and how the relationship between mind and body creates a vortex of potential once aligned.
One vital takeaway that came up: Failing to harness the inner alchemy of slowing down keeps us reactive, drained, and disconnected from our true potential. Embracing a centered approach unlocks faster reflexes, deeper resilience, and a clearer path to mastery in any arena.
Whether you're an athlete, coach, or just awakening to your inner power, this episode is a blueprint for shifting from chaos to clarity through embodied awareness. It’s not just about the physical — it’s about rewiring your response at the source, giving you the tools to meet life’s punches with calm confidence.
Matthew Michael Koman is a high-performance holistic coach and paradigm-shifting leader of men. His work touching athletic and spiritual edges shines through, and makes this a must-listen for anyone on the road to Mastery.

This topic has been hugely helpful in seeing through many of the wizard games being played out on the world stage lately ...

You can approach current events with a skepticism that reveals ways in which we can choose an opposite response to the proposed outrage or emotional hijacking.
This episode peels back the curtain on how societal wizardry manipulates perceptions of justice, sovereignty, and power, all while keeping us distracted from taking charge of our own sovereignty.

Liev Dalton has long populated my instagram feed with his brilliant and emphatic presentation of the Terrain Paradigm of Health. Liev shares personal stories and practical wisdom for living in harmony with nature and ourselves. And - plenty of tennis talk, too!
Key Topics:

26 February 2026, 5:41 pm - 1 hour 11 minutesCoaching from the Ground Up with Coach Dave Anderson | Tennis Show #16
I am so thankful for Dave Anderson's generosity of time and energy, as he consistently circulates his depth of experience for the benefit of novices like me...
In this engaging conversation, Coach Dave and I started by exploring the intricate relationship between health and performance, focusing on the importance of foot health, vision, and proper technique. As we dug in, the discussion turned to the challenges faced by junior players, the role of parents in their development, and the onboarding process for new coaches.
The conversation also touches on the evolution of tennis culture and the inspiring journey of Ashlyn Krueger, a promising young player. Dave has been in her corner since she was eight-years-old, and the story of her goals is inspiring, to say the least.
Dave is an old-school coach, and I mean that with the utmost respect. He has standards and principles which govern his approach, and remains adaptable to the needs of the student in front of him.
His versatility is rooted in his hunger to learn over his lifetime, and that is the most admirable trait in anyone in this space.
I am certain you will enjoy this conversation with Coach Dave, and will also appreciate Tennis Show #11, my first interview with Coach in February 2025.

19 February 2026, 10:00 am - 44 minutes 30 secondsA Little Too Much Hyperbole | EP 107
Most of what we’re told as “current events” are stories that have already been shaped, curated, and spun long before they hit our screens. In this episode, I reflect on the behind-the-scenes manipulation of media, news, and social engineering, revealing how storytelling often outweighs truth—and how that impacts your understanding of reality.
When you realize much of what is presented as “the world” is filtered through layers of narrative, you gain the power to see beyond the smoke and mirrors.
When you tune in here, you’ll discover:
- “We do not see the world we see, we see the world we can describe” shapes our collective perception—and what it means for your awareness
- Why labels like “fake,” “theater,” or “distraction” are just layers in a grand illusion and how to recognize the puppet masters pulling the strings
- The deeper significance of understanding the difference between what is real and what is designed to manipulate
- Practical insights into shifting your language from absolutes to specifics—empowering you to craft your own narrative with clarity and confidence
This episode isn’t just about exposing deception—it’s about reclaiming your power through awareness. Whether you’re awakening to hidden influences or seeking to navigate the chaos with discernment, these insights can elevate your understanding of truth in a complex world. Perfect for truth-seekers, critical thinkers, and anyone ready to see the bigger picture. Why settle for stories told to you? Unlock the tools to interpret reality more consciously and live with greater clarity, courage, and purpose. Tune in now and start seeing the world as it truly is—or as you choose to create it.

13 February 2026, 7:16 pm - 1 hour 12 minutesMovies for the Modern Man | EP 106
In this episode, I'm exploring the themes of masculinity and male initiation through the lens of classic films...
It dawned on me recently that we are suffering from a lack of quality movies that portray stories we can all relate to from a meaning-standpoint, not necessarily plot. Men in particular are given nothing but egomaniacal or weak or violent displays of "masculinity" that reflect to them in an inordinate exemplar of acting as a Man.
For that reason, my thirst for better story-telling led me to a string of excellent films...
In movies such as 'The Man from Snowy River', 'Dead Poets Society', 'Newsies' and 'Legends of the Fall', a host of motifs play out that reflect the journey of men in society, the importance of legacy, and the role of community and brotherhood.
The art of subtle storytelling also appears in stark contrast to what we're used to, making this worth the while of any and all listeners to revisit these films for their timeless messages.

29 January 2026, 1:48 pm - 1 hour 27 minutesTruther Schizo Confidence with Alfonso F.R. | EP 105
From hip-hop hypnosis to surfing waves, follow us on a journey of transformation and truth...
My introduction to Al Dawg and his colorful commentary came from the inimitable work of astrologist-extraordinaire, Robert Phoenix. Their series (Sirius Sports) became my lifeline for awhile to the socio-spiritual impact of American sports.
There is no doubt that sport and music have come to be the major pillars that uphold what semblance of Culture is left in America. I was grateful to Al for his candid and unique criticisms of these bastions of distractions...
It's been a tremendous treat to tap into all that Alfonso has been willing to share, the capstone of which is his book The Sharter: A Comedic Journey through Hip-Hop Hypnosis. A hilariously insightful commentary on how much of our generation was ensnared by rap culture, I had to take a long, laughable look at my SELF in order to fully appreciate what Al was putting down... when it landed, it landed with an emphatic THUD!
Alfonso shares his transition from being influenced by hip-hop to finding solace in surfing, while I continue to reflect on the cultural shifts and personal realizations that have shaped my own worldview.
As ever, it takes two to create something different, and I was thoroughly grateful to have Al as my sparring partner tonight.

22 January 2026, 10:00 am - 1 hour 42 minutesSharing the Fruits of Labor with Dani Katz | EP 104
It was a thrilling and fulfilling time spent talking with Dani Katz ... I all ways enjoy her unique brand of communication, and her energy even virtually is deeply felt.
Dani continues to make great personal and professional strides in making an impact through the medium of language, wielding it skillfully and compassionately to unify our human spirit in this age when it is tested so often...
My initial plan was to ask her about updates along the lines of current events - I am delighted that this conversation was of a much more personal nature, with ample opportunities to find universal threads for self-awareness, growth, healing and optimism.
Dani has been a tremendous inspiration for me to sharpen my words in order to make my own impact felt across time.
This conversation is guaranteed to give you food for thought, treasures for your wisdom stores, and many reasons to follow her at danikatz.com.
Thank you, Dani -- see you at Confluence!
