Spring is upon us and as we emerge from hibernation, "Self Worship Spring" is here! I am exploring 3 specific areas that I can focus on to improve myself as the weather warms up, and it's time to have some fun again!
You guys, manifestation works, and I can prove it...my guest today is JAY SHETTY! I love all my guests but Jay has been someone I visualized having on the pod even before I recorded my first episode. We talk through love, dating, meditating, and even get into Jay's "guilty pleasures".
The hook up box is NOT the place everyone wants to be, so I advise a caller that when he tells you you're in there, then recognize you are! I want you all to be in the situation you deserve, but please ladies, use the signs given!
I am giving you a mixed bag today a bit of the low brow, and a bit of the high brow. I first get you all caught up with my thoughts on the first two episodes of this seasons "Summer House", then discuss a great article I just read. "Should Our Partner Really Be Our Best Friend?" by Catherine Pearson is the main topic for today.

It gets greater later (a little corny I know), and proof of that is my guest this week, the incredible Chelsea Handler. Chelsea is getting ready to turn 50 and hasn't slowed down a bit. We go deep talking her brand-new book, who/where brings her the most happiness, friendships, aging, etc. Oh, but don't worry we go shallow too talking all about the fun stuff that makes Chelsea tick.

I start off the show discussing friendships in the "splinter era" and apparently that struck a chord in everyone listening out there, as you called in with your takes on friendship dynamics through the years. Advice is doled out to someone whose boyfriend threw up in her bed, and then proceeded to yell at her. We need to be better, especially to ourselves, and that starts with choosing the right partner. Finally weight loss and better self esteem are NOT mutually exclusive, as I talk to a caller who can't stop the negative self talk
Today I want to use a very recent “controversy” to help illustrate how we need to be better to one another as women. I speak it, I preach it, I practice it…women on women crime is at an all time high, and we need to do better.
This week holistic dating coach, Amy Nobile Messing takes us on a guided tour of all the good and bad of dating. We get some hard truths about chemistry, second dates, and what to shut about early on in the process. Then in a moment of vulnerability I open up my phone and hand over my dating profile to Amy, so she can give you a live play by play of what I myself am doing wrong.
This episode is perfectly timed for V-Day, as all of us single out there need a reminder that the dating scene is scary, but it doesn't mean we should be down on ourselves!
I am coming to you with a special bonus episode of "It's Me, Tinx" as I welcomed in a live studio audience. We play games, we do some AMA, and most of all we get together IRL. Enjoy the show, and be on the lookout for more shows like this.
Special thanks to Peacock and "Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy" for making it all possible!
Another week, another first. I talk to a caller who had to drop a lifelong friend due to joining what she views as a cult. A woman who has some serious red flags to deal with in regards to a boyfriend that seems to be angry about nothing. Oh, and when is the best time to sleep with someone new after a long term relationship? Spoiler alert, whenever, wherever, and however you want!
This week I am featuring a couple of my favorite pods from the past, as a brand new BONUS episode of Its Me Tinx is dropping this Thursday, as part of my partnership with Peacock and Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, make sure to check that out!
In the meantime, make sure your man is listening as I revisit a time when I spoke directly to the men, to help them keep their women.
